The bush feel with all the luxuries! Need to spend a few days and not one night only! The outside shower was fabulous.
Comfort. Where it is situated. Lovely friendly staff. Welcoming pool area.
Breakfast the first morning was not the best. Waited for fruit. Paw paw still hard and tasteless. Coffee must improve. Too cold. Hot milk always run out, on request. Staff helpful and on request i did get hot coffee after it went into the microwave.
Very well located, really close to Andersson Gate. Tents are spacious and very well equipped with bathroom made of wood. Dinner buffet was great, with fresh game meat cooked on braai. We also had half an afternoon relaxing on the pool.
Chosen because of its location and availability. Food was great!
When booking, I specifically asked for two adjacent rooms as we were travelling with our 16 year old - only to find that we were allocated two rooms at opposite ends of the campsite! When they eventually found two rooms next to each other, one was really dirty and had creatures living in the roof - so we needed yet another room change! Staff rather indifferent and not very understanding or commercially minded.
The food was delicious and varied (for dinner). service very nice.
The tent is very cold in the morning (no heating), even you could not drink of tea in the morning because the kettle was missing cable. Facilities and comfort for tents is in our opinion strongly overestimated.
Very comfortable. Excellent food. Great staff.
the outdoor bathroom was great
Great location. loved staying in the tent part of the bush experience.
Had requested a full day game drive but they did double booked so we could not go. wifi only at reception
Great venue to visit Etosha from and to spend a day or two at. Stunning environment.
Nicely made - feeling like sleeping in a tent but with a normal comfortable bed!
Management/ Organisation of Acitivities staff was friendly but not efficient. Wifi just in the lobby and very slowly!
A unique cush experience very close to the Anderson Gate.
we definitely enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Etosha Village! The combination of the informal atmoshere, the comfortable tents, with all options for self catering or the excellent restaurant made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
The accommodation, staff and general location were 100% and could not be better. Not over commercialized.
The cost for the excursions for a family of 3 was too steep and therefor I did not partake, but used my own transport to visit Etosha. But, that would be for each person's own prerogative.
The welcome drinks and the friendliness! The bush experience all over the place - we really enjoyed our stay.
The seating at the chalets are very hard and not relaxing to sit and enjoy the outdoor experience. Only good for eating and if you drink, maybe drinking.More comfortable chairs at the chalets would be fantastic. All else, excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.
The setting, the layout, the design, the very helpful and extremely friendly staff.
breakfast and dinner was very good and tasty, friendly staff
we had booked full day game drive, but they had only two car . So we had to go by our own car. But we were lucky because we saw a lot of animal.
It is near of Ethosha park, just 2 km from the Andersongate.
The actual tent was very comfortable with air con and lots of plug points which was a plus and we loved the bar area to sit and chill out.
On check in we were not told that breakfast was included in our rate and only discovered it when we checked out, so that was very disappointing as a good breakfast every day would have been awesome. We were given a credit when we complained but it wasn't the same!!!!
Buffet meals were great
Situated just outside Anderson gate Etosha, friendly staff, nice and comfortable sleeping. Helpfull mechanical staff, had some issues with my car.
Wifi unstable and only at reception, should be also in bar/resto area. Water supply was not always available to shower when I stayed there.
They had a fantastic guide Ramon who took us to Etosha Nationalpark on a full day game drive. Food was good, fine buffet both morning and evening
The design of the whole place. the peace and tranquillity. The closeness to the Anderson Gate. A relaxed and easy place to stay.
The Wi-Fi was down for most of our stay.
Well located at the entrance to Etosha. Accommodation well equipped, comfortable and private. Lovely leisure area with swimming pools.
