The rooms and bathrooms are clean . The lifts are not working please repair them . You should have valet services to assist guests to their rooms carry their bags up the stair case. The facilities in the rooms are modern.

Lifts not working.. Lack of assistannce to carrbags up the stairs yet the reception stra had 4 idle staff .

The room was spacious enough for uor family of four Adults, although the airconditioner in the main room was not functioning prorerly !!!!!!!

On arrival lift ws out of order, we bhad to battle with my wife on crutches up flights of stairs. The breakfast bowls where all chipped, I found one with only o chip to use. The cups were alos chipped some had turned brown. The toilet was leaking water all night. I was disgusted and was glad to leave !!!!!! Are you sure it was a Protea Hotel???

Was teribly terrified by the unprofeessional way my family and I were handled, despite having had one room not paid for after our day stay.

Staff is friendly, place need an upgrade, air cons not working properly.

Parking is a problem, need to upgrade rooms decor, very plain.

Absolutely nothing. We checked in, saw the rooms, and left. The rooms are sub standard and the bathrooms smell too terrible. They are small and cramped and the hotel is generally very down-market. We were very disappointed, and left immediately.

We had a small crummy room they were busy with renovations- the builders started drilling and hammering at 7 in the morning- right next to us- the whole passage smelled of sewerage from the building- we lodge a complaint, were charged the full amount and left the next day as this was a business trip and I am involved with a huge festival in windhoek in september I will not recommend this establishment to any of the 30 000 visitors for use- they lost out bigggg time

We chose this hotel just because we needed some place to stay as there were no other lodges with open rooms but it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We really had a good time and the two rooms were suitable for our two kids (downstairs) and us (upstairs). We must commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and professionalism particularly the restaurant staff whom we interacted with during breakfast not to mention the reception staff. We recommend that you put small bins in the rooms (for minor gabbage). If possible build in the cost (minimal) basic washing of cars in the morning. Otherwise the facility is fantastic and I will recommend it to others and I will definitely use it the next time I am in Swakopmun.

Please put some dust bins in the rooms.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Als kurze preisgünstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Stadtzentrum gut geeignet. Am Samstagabend fand ein Unterhaltungsprogramm im Innenhof statt.

Das Hotel ist zwar sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgewohnt. Die Benutzung des Fahrstuhls ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Localização e a atenção dos funcionários, foram muito bem educados conosco.

O horário do room-service é limitado, não era 24/24.
