1. Difficult to find! Some nearby street names had been changed. Clear instructions should be provided for guests driving themselves from the international airport. 2. Many months earlier, we had reserved Room 1 (VIP suite) because we wanted comfortable accommodation for our first night in Namibia after a long and tiring journey from the UK. But on arrival we were allocated Room 17, a small standard room. There was no bathroom. The shower was in plain view in the bedroom itself behind transparent glass - a most bizarre and unsatisfactory arrangement. The manager said we could not have a VIP suite for the price we had contracted - NAD 900 - saying that the VIP suites cost far more than that. On check-out, I paid NAD 900 cash for our overnight stay in Room 17 and said I would be pursuing this matter with Booking.Com. I now want to know what Booking.Com intends to do about this clear breach of contract.

Two thing upset....Credit card was used, before I checked in.... I did not supply or sign the credit card... This was different to all my previous bookings with Booking.com My creditcard information was given to a third party... All the information...that I supplied booking.com

Aircon did not work... 30 degrees... No one at reception after 5 in afternoon... And before 7 in morning...

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Rogerio was really nice and helpful. Really tastefully decorated and the breakfast was delicious. ( do not forget to orrder an omelette, fried eggs, etc... We started and ended our Namibia holiday in Villa Moringa and if we ever revisit we will go back to Villa Moringa Probably the cleanest and most pleasent swimming pool in Namibia.

A friendly reception at the guesthouse with contemporary spacious room and a complementary caraf of port ( a nice hint to the origin of the owners) Helpful hosts and a perfect breakfast complete with homemade cakes and fresh fruit.

The bed had a vey firm matrass but that's a personal preference

Beautiful villa, rooms excellent. We were a bit confused by the eating arrangements. Lots of takeaway brochures in the room but no one said we could use the kitchen facilities!!! Were the tables for general use or not? Would stay again but quite a trek to shops restaurants so dont expect to be able to walk anywhere.

Should be 5 stars just perfect

Our room was very spacious, the en suite bathroom had a bath, an indoor shower and an outdoor shower. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff did their best to make us feel like being at home. The dinner was excel·lent (the menu was agreed with the chef) and the breakfast (included in the price) was varied.

Very nice and helpful staff

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was in a nice area with short taxi trip to town. Janine and Lucy were very helpful and so pleasant to be with. I would recommend Villa Moringa with high ratings!

Very pleasant environment and very obliging staff. Our room was comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was excellent.

We had no hot water in two of our three rooms. After a long drive and an impending international flight that was a big let down.

It is a cosy family warm hotel. The rooms are very clean and sort of country style. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is quite and peaceful. Not in the center of town but not far and taxi is not expensive at all. the Internet was free and apeedy I can recommend it for individuls.

In my room the walls of the shower were transparent which was kind of strange.

Abendessen war gewöhnungsbedürftig und dem Stil des Hauses nicht angemessen.

Sehr freundliches Personal und toller Service. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Ruhig gelegen. Auf die Sicherheit der Gäste wird besonderer Wert gelegt. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail stilvoll ausgestattet.

Das Zimmer war mit Duftwasser parfümiert.
