The meals were not value for money

It was close to Eros Airport

Completely outdated, crowded, impersonal hotel.

The reception was good, upon arrival a refreshing fruit juice is offered. The breakfast was excellent and a nice variety is available.

The casino attracts people from different walks of life and sometimes a bad element frequents the property

Staff are friendly,courteous,helpfull and professional at all times. Even though you're in the city,total relaxation and tranquility is possible because of its location. The hotel is very tastefully decorated.

The "shower". Rather replace the baths with real showers. Most people prefer showers anyway and it saves water. The selection of tv channels,definitely need more movie channels.

Really friendly staff, really good food, and an excellent golf course!

Were not told hotel was refurbishing rooms and therefore could not have a late sleep or afternoon or lie down. Hammering relaying tiles. At night aircon display lights too bright The chefs curvery shrimp salad/soup breakfast tomatoes far too peppery. Spicy is not pepper curvery overpriced

Clean rooms. Reasonable priced room service food.

Un-used mini bar items on my bill. Was corrected on my request.

The Hotel wasa clean and the food was nice in the restaurant.

I have already witten an extensive letter of my complaints to Leisure Group and was contacted by the Hotel yesterday.

All the staff members were very friendly and made us feel welcome.The rooms are very well appointed have everything that your heart desires.The breakfast was excellent.We will be back

I liked the contact with nature. The aquarium is nice.

only 9 tv channels and with very poor viewing quality.

I liked the surroundings, the gardens, swimming pool, waterfall - all the outside areas. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room décor was outdated and in need of repair. Paint peeling from bathroom walls and no hot water for a bath ! Furniture cracked and a terrible stain on carpet.

Unfortunately the first 3 dishes we orderdered off the menu, was not available. The steak my husband had was definitely not up to 4 star standard. Very tough indeed! The towels and bath mat which were taken out the next morning, was not returned to the room. Please, this is honestly to help, and not to critisize! We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were wonderful!

The setting and location are superb.

Staff need to be better informed of offerings of hotel (i.e. waiter for dinner service was unaware that al a carte menu was available in addition to buffet).

Do atendimento prestado, da localização do hotel e comodidades: golf, piscina, restaurante chinês e lojas.

Limpeza do hotel muito fraca, o atendimento nos quartos (room services) muito demorado principalmente nos feriados, demoraram 1.30 para trazer a comida para as crianças.

Wifi niet op de kamers.

Sehr gute Lage am Stadtrand. Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Garten und der Golfanlage. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine gutes Restaurant mit Buffet.

Vielleicht kleinere Mängel im Bad/Dusche, ist aber nicht von Bedeutung.

Der Pool war unzumutbar: sehr schmutzig und mit 90cm Tiefe viel zu flach.
