No complaints at all!
Having previously commented on some of the reception staff being unfriendly & arrogant, this has been the exact opposite at my last visit. Don't know if this is just a coincidence, or the result of complaints received from guests! Either way, much much better!!!!
just a few lil ants in my room
I loved how close it was to the beach, so easy
couldn't get a view on the sea, the breakfast is expensive and if you go after 9.30 the choice isn't great they clear your dishes before you've even finished
Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is just seconds from the beach.air-conditioning worked extremely well.
Still don't know the difference between Le Nouvata, Nouvata Parc & Pacific? The younger staff is fantastic, some of the older reception staff are arrogant and rude!!!
Good Dinner Buffet and great entertainment!
I was told by the pool boy that we cannot eat or drink anything by the pool. I asked if we could eat at the outside table by pool, he informed me the only place we could drink or eat any food we brought at the supermarket was in our room!! After paying nearly a $1000 we are disgusted with the service. How rude, This experience alone ruined our stay,If you are from New Zealand do not stay at this hotel.
Multi-lingual staff were very helpful.
Lift didn't work and no towels for pool (always out of stock)
Some of the stuff were quite rude and very un helpful, it was as though we were inconveniencing them every time we asked them a question The cost of food and beverages in the hotel was also very disappointing
Location was fantastic
Bad wifi Staff not speaking english Air condition leaking water on balcony and in the room moved rooms 3 times staff didnt want to help or care
Right in front of the beach
Our room was at the far end so the wi-fi wasn't working properly. We had to go to the lounge area located on each floor of the hotel rooms to be able to access it.
Great location at Anse Vata beach, room is comfortable and spacious, value for money, bus stop just in front of the hotel, close to restaurants and "snacks", free Wi-Fi.
Very slow wifi, often cut out. Rooms dated, need refurbishment
Surprised at the smallness of the elevator in the older building. Looks like a service, not guest elevator. The distinction between the 2 accommodation buildings was not clear on the website, when booking.
Location, right on waterfront of Anse Vata., with bus stop at door. Clean comfortable superior double room with all facilities. Of medium size, with small, but adequate for 2, balcony with glorious sea and sunset view. Obliging counter staff. Complex comprises 2 buildings. Smaller, older 4 floor building right on the waterfront and a newer 7 floor unit behind, separated by the pool and garden. This beach area is about 10k from Noumea town and the buses provide a good frequent service BUT cease at 7.30pm. So evening dining in Noumea is not an option unless returning by Taxi, which are scarce and expensive.
Old facilities, not clean (spider webs in corners), very bad wifi (had to stand at the door to get a signal and disconnecting every 2 mins), broken air con (noisy) expensive breakfast (charged A$ 17 for a continental with bread & jam only - charged same price for an adult and my 4 yo son), trolley for luggages not fitting into lift so had to carry one by one in tiny elevator, elevator too old sometimes "jumping" - thought we would be stuck.
One very helpful staff with my numerous luggages
there was a limited wine list and the quality of the wine available was poor in my eyes. The food was very expensive!! Im am spoiled by my normal surroundings!!ie Sydney Australia
the location of the hotel and the cleaniless of the hotel and the facililites
Wifi bit slow and not always stable
Helpful staff Relaxing vibe Great location near beach, bus stop, restaurant, few sites.
Can not think of anything that stood out that I feel I need to comment on.
Swimming Pool availability Bus stop at front door Variety of eating places close by Easy walking distance to other facilities/ things to do.
Disappointed in pool area. Small compared to the photos
Walk outside to the busstop. Many boutiques and eateries I n the vicinity
The cost of eating an average meal in Noumea....outrageous
Location on Anse Vata and many eating experiences at the door.
Some of the staff were a bit rude
Easy, clean, reliable. I had to change my booking and the woman I was in email contact with was incredibly accommodating.
The elevator was old and small but ok.
The reception is the same with Le Pacifique and Le Parc. There are a small balcony, a bathtub, an iron etc. The bus stop is in front of this hotel. 72 euro including tax without breakfast was a good deal.
There needs to be designated hours for swimming pool area. Some nights there was too much noise around the pool after 10am.
Excellent location. Good value for money.
Location was a bonus. Right in front of the bus stop and Bay de Citron is just round the corner. Very close to restaurants and patisserie. Would go back there!
Excellent location close to restaurants and beach and not too far from town. Friendly staff.
