Great location, friendly staff, big bathroom and bathtub. We had a sea view room, and the view (including ile aux canards) was amazing. Close to beach and bus stop.
The pool was great, rooms were spacious, and hotel located very convieniently
Not very reliable wifi, limited room service hours and choice of menu
Great location and pool. Large rooms. Great value for money - wouldn't bother staying at more expensive hotels here, save that for e.g. Isle of Pines!
Wifi only accessible from the toilet or down in the lobby - great that it is free, but then it is free in most places in Noumea!
Friendly staff Nice view
Red carpet Dated furniture and fixtures Few electrical outlets Slow WiFi Expensive lukewarm breakfast
The climate, the hotel which was high quality and low price. The room was five star with a view to the sea, elegant and stilish...The restaurant of the hotel and the receptionist was very helpful. (I have nothing against French, my sister lives in Paris.)But unfortunately I speak very basic French. is and my nephew is a pilot born in Paris...
No room service because 1.1., French style is not very friendly, Even worse as in France...Hyperfrench...This was not the hotel, but Naumea generally. Empty restaurant ,if you have no reservation-I arrived from Sydney hungry and thirsty one houre before-is fully booked.Cafes explain they serve their last customer, they do not take new. Sometimes I have the impression they do not want to speak English, they rather loose money. I got a sandwich and water from a waitress ,who was a melanesian girl from Vanuatu, who was not yet under the influence of this french pseudocolonial style
Location, Room Size and the bathroom.
Wifi doesn't work inside the room.
Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, helpful staff
The Hotel is not young and is probably not far away from a major upgrade to make better use of the magnificent site.
Hotel OK, it could be better
when we arrived, hotel gave us a room with a very bad toilet smell. I had to fight to get a new room. They gave us a room that was cheaper, but it was better that the ocean view.
Bathtubs in all the rooms were very large and circular and difficult to get into and out of, especially if you are older and/or not very tall. Big fall risk! In fact I requested to be moved to the Nouvata at the same property which has conventional bathrooms.
The viuw the staff
Reception stop ALL guest coming to the room, not able to show hotel policy to back up, feel quite racist toward black guest, not recommended at all
The hotel and the room were spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. especially at reception
The restaurant was very overpriced particularly for breakfast. Just go up the road.
Location Bath which was so big a yacht sailed down by accident
Bed - totally uncomfortable Wireless is weak Cleaning staff
Met my needs
WiFi performance poor
The breakfast staff were I found lax in cleaning and resetting the tables and the breakfast (Full) was not the best. There should have been an option to at least have a continental breakfast not just coffee and toast, needed a selection of fruits as well
Close to the beach. Great staff. Fantastic room and very comfortable bed..Best hotel bed ever slept in.
Everything was great
I was lucky enough to be on the 7th floor of Le Parc with a view of the bay & sunset. Large balcony & spacious clean room. Excellent pool area. This hotel attracts school groups but the students were all very well behaved. Great value for money.
Very poor wifi connection even in the lobby. Couldn't get more than 5 mins without dropping out.
worst wifi ever, ants and all smoking rooms
Great position right on the beach, close to lots of eating places. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy and clean, bed very comfortable.
Wifi tended to drop in and out on some days.
wifi staff safe pool is nice good views
older worst shower quite expensive thin walls/floors lack of parking
We stayed on the 7th floor in a sea view delux room (well worth the very small upgrade cost). It had an amazing view, huge room, big bathroom and a big bath. Looking out onto the ocean and Anse Vata bay you really felt like you were on holiday! It is also a close walk to restaurants, cafes, bakery, supermarkets and the bars of Citron Bay are just a 10-15min walk away. We stayed in other hotels in Noumea and when it comes to value for money I would strongly recommend this place. Feels like a 4 star hotel.
The decor and rooms like most places in Noumea feel like they are stuck in the early 90s. That being said I loved my childhood in the 90s and the huge clean room took me back to a good place. There can be noise from the corridors as the room doors don't block out much sound. However this is a rare occasion.
Location was great, not too noisy. Reasonable walking distance to most facilities and on bus route.
Glass doors dangerous - I banged into one and got concussion. Shower bath dangerous to get in and out of. Toilet leaked and had to be repaired
comfortable and clean good value for Noumea
a bit tired and breakfast not very good
