Close to the beach. Great staff. Fantastic room and very comfortable bed..Best hotel bed ever slept in.
Everything was great
I was lucky enough to be on the 7th floor of Le Parc with a view of the bay & sunset. Large balcony & spacious clean room. Excellent pool area. This hotel attracts school groups but the students were all very well behaved. Great value for money.
Very poor wifi connection even in the lobby. Couldn't get more than 5 mins without dropping out.
worst wifi ever, ants and all smoking rooms
Great position right on the beach, close to lots of eating places. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy and clean, bed very comfortable.
Wifi tended to drop in and out on some days.
wifi staff safe pool is nice good views
older worst shower quite expensive thin walls/floors lack of parking
We stayed on the 7th floor in a sea view delux room (well worth the very small upgrade cost). It had an amazing view, huge room, big bathroom and a big bath. Looking out onto the ocean and Anse Vata bay you really felt like you were on holiday! It is also a close walk to restaurants, cafes, bakery, supermarkets and the bars of Citron Bay are just a 10-15min walk away. We stayed in other hotels in Noumea and when it comes to value for money I would strongly recommend this place. Feels like a 4 star hotel.
The decor and rooms like most places in Noumea feel like they are stuck in the early 90s. That being said I loved my childhood in the 90s and the huge clean room took me back to a good place. There can be noise from the corridors as the room doors don't block out much sound. However this is a rare occasion.
Location was great, not too noisy. Reasonable walking distance to most facilities and on bus route.
Glass doors dangerous - I banged into one and got concussion. Shower bath dangerous to get in and out of. Toilet leaked and had to be repaired
comfortable and clean good value for Noumea
a bit tired and breakfast not very good
WiFi English skills of staff
Price in comparison to similar hotels is good and Le Parc is reasonably quiet and so good for sleeping - free WiFi an advantage
Room with sea view Car parking good Close to bus (right outside) to city Restaurants close by (plenty to choose from plus quality) Free WiFi Friendly and responsive staff Close to beach and beach walk Boulangerie nearby
WiFi was a bit slow at times but not a big problem
location was good, view from our balcony was nice.
staff was bit unfriendly. we got woken up at 7:30am on our last day due to renovation in the room right next to us.
Size of room, view, location,
Price of food
Breakfast Setout was hopeless By the time you got a cup of tea and found the mil the tea was cold. Paying more for the second night
We had a room (2501)with a beautiful sea view .made up and cleaned every day .the staff are very helpful The location is ideal for the beach and transport in to town, the restaurant La fiesta is close by .
Very impressed with everything w Would recommend to friends.
It would have been nice to have some english speaking staff on duty.
Very good location.friendly staff.good hotel.
Room is large and has very spacious bathroom.vefy friendly staff.
Staff were helpful, the hotel was clean and were the rooms its very well located and has great pool.
Amazing location and the staff sooo amazingly friendly and helpful, they even remembered our names and room number. Bus stop right at the front, pool was lovely and bonus to have wifi
Housekeeping would sometimes just walk in after a knock without being told to come in, so a bit uncomfortable.
Location, and good balcony to enjoy the view was great. Pool was nice but needed umbrellas for some shade.
Staff very aloof despite my efforts to try and speak French. Bath was so big it was very difficult to get out of without risk of slipping. No lounge chairs (only desk chairs) so had to bring deck chair in off balcony to watch tv. After housekeeping each day bathroom smelled awful!
Staffs were unfavorable. We requested to pick up service from airport but nobody came up. It was difficult for me to catch taxi at night in Noumea! Staffs didn't apologize for this and said that pick up service is not their responsibility!! I will never recommend to stay here.
Location great and facilities good
Lack of staff able to converse in English.
The rooms are large and comfortable and generally pleasantly furnished in furniture seating and beds. The lighting was very poor at first but with a couple of calls they replaced burned out light bulbs and showed us how the floor lamp worked which I thought was broken. It was a big improvement. We were sorry to see the old pool go as it was spectacular but the new gardens and smaller pools should be nice when the new plantings grow and fill in around the pools. I liked the new direct walkway that cuts acress and feel it will get much use. It makes a lot of sense instead of having to circle around when one is in a hurry. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
This room had a fresher smell but the carpet is old and needs replacing. The carpet in this room was better than the last one we had. The bathroom is nicely furnished but the counters need touching up where there is water damage. We hated the art work. It was ugly, faded, mismatched and the same everywhere including the halls and foyers. It felt very unpleasant. New art pieces would add immeasurably to a fresher more pleasant look. Not everyone enjoys looking at ugly naked women even in the impressionistic style. Some harmonizing scenes of the beauty of New Caledonia would be so much more lovely. The balcony furniture needed to be wiped down for sitting out. I had to do it myself so my cloths would not get dirty..
