Always a clean, comfortable, perfect stay every time I stay there. Beautiful hotel, nice pool, great restaurant. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful, especially Marvin! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Convenience - the hotel is literally 5 min away from the airport and the shuttle bus is free of charge. The room was nice, great shower, comfortable bed and really nice breakfast. We also had a dinner at their restaurant and the food was very decent. I'd definitely stay there again if only staying in Managua overnight. We arrived in the afternoon and had a fly out of Managua next morning and therefore it was a perfect option for us. The room was on the ground floor and was a bit dark.

Loved the room and the grounds, this is a wonderful place to start and end our trip in Nicaragua. Great pool, food and very relaxing. Need to get a more up to date wine list.

The shuttle was there to meet us. It was 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast was fabulous!

Very friendly and efficient staff, clean, quiet,comfortable rooms. Gardens, pool, restaurant, bar, free airport shuttle. And an aviary full of amazing parrots, and deer in the gardens. Plus a Happy Hour every evening. Nicest hotel I've been in for a while, and excellent value. No french fries available with our filet mignon!

Very nice, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Pool was nice as well as the gym and spa. Rooms were clean and big. Big bathrooms. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. Far from main area of city.

Comodo per chi è in partenza o in arrivo perchè è vicinissimo all'aeroporto e ha un servizio di navetta gratuito. Abbiamo cambiato stanza due volte senza successo, erano entrambe poco pulite e con molti insetti.

Nos gusto mucho las instalaciones, la limpieza y la calidad de la comida. El personal, salvo algunas excepciones es muy atento. Nos molesto el hecho de que al hacer la reserva por Booking se nos indico que las habitaciones reservadas incluian los desayunos de niños menores de 12 años, sin embargo una empleada nos cobro mientras desayunabamos, el desayuno de mi hija de 10 años. Asi mismo se nos cobro un deposito de 600 dolares por las dos habitaciones, aun cuando la misma reservacion indicaba que no cobraban ningun deposito. Estos dos aspectos no nos gustaron porque siempre hemos reservado a traves de Booking, sin embargo en este hotel no cumplieron lo ofrecido por internet.

Dicht bij luchthaven en shuttle. Prijs kwaliteit laat veel de wensen na. Ik versta nt hoe dit hotel nog steeds 5 sterrren heeft. Volledig vergane glorie als die er ooit geweest is. Zowel kwa bediening,vriendelijkheid,sfeer,reinheid ver onder het gemiddelde! Er zijn betere hotels met 1 ster in Nicaragua

Cerca del aeropuerto, habitaciones amplias y confortables, piscina, staff correcto y excelentes cena y desayuno. Lejos del centro, Wifi débil y pocas hamacas en la piscina.
