If you need to stay near the airport, this is the perfect hotel. Will also allow, for a small fee, to leave your car in their car park. Staff were very helpful.
Everything was very nice. Excellent breakfast very helpful staff. Welcome drink inkcl.
Room and public facilities were top class. Had room service, soup and sandwich, which was prompt and excellent.
No coffee facilities in the room.
The staff in the bar and restaraunt were very rude and had no "people" skills. We were only there one night to catch an early flight the next morning, so we ate and drank at the hotel. Very poor service!
Location and staff. Ability to change money at a very fair rate with no service charge.
I booked with breakfast but they told me I had to pay for it - wasn't worth the argument.
Friendliness of staff, shuttle from airport, big, clean rooms.
Comfortable bed Good shower with hot water
Under construction/ renovation. Poolside bar was closed. Food was mediocre at best
Staff was outstanding. My wife is bound to a wheelchair and they went out of their way to accommodate her.
Local beer prices were a littlesteep.
Not much really at least it's close to the airport...
Overpriced food Place was old and dilapidated Wifi not good I would rate it a 3.5 star hotel Stay at Contempo a much nicer and cheaper hotel that's only rated 4 stars... Shower didn't get hot enough
Will be back
Hot water Clean Pool Huge breakfast Staff Location - near airport Quiet
At first I just thought i would book this hotel for when I land in managua because I will of had a long journey from the uk. I originally booked one night but ended up staying for 4. It's great and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely.
The staff on reception spoke very quietly and abruptly and didn't make you feel welcome or thank you for stopping when checking out. All the bar staff and waiters were very very nice. There was a lot of building work being done, and was very loud. Also the builders would stare at you when you was by the pool. Also I wouldn't advise people to leave the hotel unless leaving for granada or anywhere else, it seems quite rough but I may be wrong
5min shuttle to the airport...pool area is nice ish...
no other reason but if you need a stopover night after/before a flight...not a 4 star hotel as they claim
Great Buffet at the restaurant. Great breakfast options.
Air conditioning was not working in our room. We had some hard time getting asleep. Nevertheless it was not as hot as outside. During the booking procedure online it was not mentioned that the price was to be added the taxes (17%) at payment time. And if it was it was not well stressed.
Everything, staff conduct themself always professional, corteous and respectfull.
Not a thing.
Facilities were very comfortable and we were able to drop the car a day early and take the hotel shuttle.
No coffee making facilities in the room
Breakfast! The best in Nicaragua!
Some noise from the bar area until around midnight but only a mild irritation
1. Beds - super comfy after a long day 2. The FOOD - yum 3. Staff was great, especially since I'm currently a non Spanish speaker
Price... Total airport monopoly
I was very clean and had ever thing to make your stay comfortable
Very convenient to AirPort and excelente rooms
All was above average
This is an excellet hotel with excellent facilities, excellet swimmingpool, very nice tenniscourt and a spa. The staff at the restaurant did a really great job and worked in the customers interest. Food could have been better for the price asked, should have been excellent but was fair. Great location near the airport and free shuttle bus to the airport. I still recommend the hotel it is probably the best option in Managua, if you are on your way home early in the morning or arriving very late at night. There is no good budget options close to the airport. You have to choose between Camino Real or The Best Western hotel. Camino Real is more exspensive but probably still worth the price difference. Advise do not try to safe money with a cheapy in Managua city center can be very dangerous doing so!
Nice hotel but a very exspensive one, no breakast included in the price, no tax included in the price, they charge an extra fee for incidents and we really had some incidernts to sort out at the reception desk, it took 25 minutes to sort out the bill and it become far higher than I exspected. The reception desk is the hotels weakest point, it is awful. I have stayed in five star hotels in Bogota and Pereira in Colombia and received better value for money. I paid 63 US Dollar in San Salvadore breakfast included with more or less the same standard (ok no swimmingpool, no tenniscourt or spa) this stay went up to 157 US Dollar with breafast and dinner! A safe good hotel in Managua is exspensive maybe better to use Panama City or Guatemala City (Antigua) as main hubs flying into or out of Central America.
The staff could have been more helpful, I arrived with a very heavy rucksack and three of the door men watched as I struggled to reach reception, no offer if help! Also the rest of the staff could have been a bit more pleasant!
The facility and grounds are extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff was courteous and professional.
There was not a thing we did not like.
We stayed at this hotel as it was the closest one to the airport in Managua. It's basically like your standard good quality hotel (e.g. Hyatt, Hilton).
A bit pricey for Nicaragua
Shuttle from airport, many activities on site, large, modern, good beds
It was all good.
