The staff and food was excellent.

Staff is helpfull and friendly, rooms have a lot of space

The city Managua is not fancy to stay, nothing more than local shoppingmall in the area of the hotel

It was very convenient for the UCA bus station (for day trips to Granada and León) and the Metrocentre shops. The staff were very friendly. The wifi was good.

It was in a quiet area so nervous travellers would need to take taxis but these are cheap. The pool was tiny. There is no bar but they sell beer and soft drinks, there is an ice machine and there is seating outside rooms

Upon arrival the internet was down, the hotel was ugly and overpriced and in a dangerous location. We told that Wifi was very important to us and that we would need to find another hotel, but they wouldnt let us leave until we handed over a credit card, luckily I have an Amex Platinum that will handle this.

Very convenient and quiet location. Nice facilities with pool and some off street parking. Friendly staff and large rooms with air conditioning and good hot and cold runing water, large separate bathrooms next to bedroom and kitchen facilities.

Great value for money and plenty of space in rooms.

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to minibus station for onward travel. Handy for Metrocentro shopping mall.

Expensive and complicated to make international calls despite the fact they say direct from room (at least it was for the UK). The service is only available between 8am and 9pm or thereabouts depending on one a particular member of staff arrives!

El Hotel es bastante cómodo, espacioso, limpias las habitaciones, buen desayuno.

En la piscina no permiten niños pequeños en pañales

No se trata de un hotel, sino de un guest house, de alta calidad, bien ubicado, con detalles de diseño y confort. Ambiente cálido. Staff muy profesional. Buena relación calidad - precio.

Mejorar insonorización habitaciones.

Staff can speak English well and honest. good atomosphare. スタッフは英語堪能で、何の不便もありません。雰囲気も良く、落ち着いた感じのホテルです。ロビーがゆった- りした雰囲気で、落ち着いてコーヒーが飲めます。

Very nice, comfortable and clean room, hot water, wi-fi, friendly English speaking staff. Relatively "nice" area (for Managua), close to shopping mall, felt safe behind the hotel area walls.

Higher rate, 20USD for taxi to airport seems too much.

Me ha gustado por varios motivos, el personal muy atento al huesped, las instalaciones son impecables en su higiene y ornato, la alimentación que durante el desayuno siempre fue sencilla pero bien presentada

Parfait excellent rapport qualité prix L établissement est tenu par une française qui se plie en quatre pour vous guider durant votre séjour Taxi privé qui peux vous attendre pendant que vous faites des courses ou revenir vous chercher à votre charge bien sur mais se service n à pas de prix à Managua Il existe des petit studio ou vous pouvez préparer vos repas

Apesar de ser relativamente proximo ao aeroporto, a sua localização é em uma área que nao dispõe de muita segurança.

-Localização- embora a noite o local não seja muito recomendavel, a proximidade ao Shopping Metrocentro auxilia bastante.

-Funcionarios, embora atenciosos, são muito mal treinados no quesito de prestar informações,quando solicitadas. -Café da manhã é fraco -Internet lenta -Não possuir restaurante

Good location, staff and atomosphere!

The room were clean and it included secure parking.

The included breakfast was basic and has been a downgrade over the last few years.

Nous avons apprecier la gentilesse du personnel ,la proprete de l etablissement,le confort des chambres et sa situation pres de la gare routiere.

la localisation pres de le gare routiere est un avantage mais presente un gros default : peu de restaurant aux alentours:3 dont 2 praticant des prix exessifs .Il ne reste comme solution le food court du_centre commerciale pour ceux qui apprtecient.

Very safe hotel in perfect location. Facilities are good with free stable wifi in room, outstanding free breakfast, and location is only a few blocks from major shopping center and central bus station for transport to Granada. Airport 15 minutes by taxi. Staff was quick to respond to inquiries via email.

Very nice stay for our one night before traveling out of the country. The hotel was safe and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the people were helpful. The location looks unremarkable from the outside and the large concrete and wired wall around the perimeter, but the inside was great. Nice little pool, rocking chairs, plants, courtyard and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed! Several food places near by and many deliver.

Just the first impression upon arrival from the outside. Inside the gates it was charming!
