We had a late checkout and this wasn't a problem for them, they were very nice about it unlike some hotels which try and charge you!
The size location and views from our bungalow were amazing!
Flying ants showed up one night, but it's a natural phenomenon and nothing the hotel could do about it.
Limited restaurant options
The beach is beautiful ! Not many people and you feel like your finally in the country and on the beach!
The pool was so dirty they never cleaned it, shower didn't really work, had to get over all the hornets - wish people were a little friendlier
There was nothing we liked other than the 300meters of sandy beach you could walk.
1.Not one staff smiled or welcomed us, we had to drag our own bags from reception through a bushy trail to our room and the wheels on the one bag no longer works, yet there were trucks that could have delivered the bags. 2. Their truck drove past us on the narrow road and instead of waiting 30 seconds for us to pass they passed us on the hill and the back metal doors flung open. If my husband had no screamed at me so I could jump into the ditch I would likely have suffered serious head injuries or not even been around to write this review other travellers need to read. When I approached the driver he laughed, finding it funny that I had to go ditch diving, but his amigo on the other side of the truck ran to rope the gates shut. When I went to reception it was immediately acknowledged that the gates are broken and they should be roped shut! Maybe now they will but the owners reaction was on of, "oh these things happen!" 3. At 5pm we were still asking to have our room cleaned. 4. We are vegetarian and there is one option on the menu. We like spaghetti too, but not 4 nights in a row. Even though they had taken the full amount for 4 nights accommodation before we arrived we left after 2 nights. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone! Over priced, over rated and no service! Rating = frustration and disappointing. 0/10
