The view was magnificient, the scenery and hotel was very quiet (no TV, but no WLAN either as promised), you can really relax there. The moonlight dinner (with or without candle) was very romantic and nice. Just beware: prices are - as always in Nicaragua - excl. tax and service fees. You can do much more tours (including vulcano masaya and laguna de apoyo) from granada for much less money and are not totally isolated. Unless, of course, that is what you want ... :) Lost our reservation, promised room upgrade that turned out to be pricey, breakfast was miserable (worst goat butter or so that I ever ate), completely isolated, transport from hotel costs extra, many taxis refuse to go there because of the horrible "road", day trips are extremly ovrrpriced (180 USD for a day trip thats worth around 40 USD for 2 persons to the vulcano), no WiFi, totally isolated, extremely overpriced.
