Location, villa, attentive staff, resaurant (good food, good service, good prices) Having to choose between a strenuous hike up & down the crater wall, or calling the shuttle.

The Villas at Apoyo were without a doubt, one of the best parts of our very first Nica trip. The Villas were exceptionally clean, very spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to provide world-class customer service. Special thanks to Oscar, a definite asset to the organization, and an all-around great guy. If you're looking to spend a few days completely surrounded by nature, yet still have access to all the amenities, then look no further! Imagine waking up to the sound of exotic birds and monkeys right outside your door, or enjoying the most breathtaking views lounging in an infinity pool while sipping on an ice-cold beer, these people make it happen!! We cannot wait to go back. Thanks again to all the staff for making our first trip to Nicaragua, a memorable one.

Beautiful spot, beautiful views from pool. The villa was clean and spacious, everything we need. Pool was great, lots of howler monkey spotting. Staff were very good and helpful. 12:00 checkout great. Rooms were clean, but need a refreshing touch. Feels like the love for the place is disappearing. Website is no good, gps coordinates on booking.com are wrong and took us to the wrong spot. Breakfast was disappointing, and just fruit as an option isn't enough for the amount we paid. Food is very important and leaves lasting impressions. The place needs a good repair and maybe a fresh coat of paint and it will shine again.

El hotel fue mejor de lo que esperaba, las villas se veían como nuevas, el personal es suuuuper amable, la vista, el clima, el lugar da para que sea romántico y pasar ahí descansando, uno puede llevar comida y cocinar pq estan equipadas, me encanto!! El menú del restaurante es un poco caro y no hay mucha variedad.

La vista al lago y la naturaleza El servicio, no hay seguridad para los vehículos, estos quedan en la calle, no cuenta con parqueo privado. Faltan TV en habitaciones, camas muy pequeñas.

la ubicacion Muchas cosas, 1-Prometen un parqueo privado que no tienen porque en realidad se debe estacionar en la calle, a nosotros nos saquearon los vehiculos porque fueron 2, y el administrador nunca siquiera lo conocimos, menos una solucion, nos insinuaron que por error los habiamos dejado abiertos (cuando ni siquiera estabamos reclamando que nos hubieran robado algo, exepto el daño que le hicieron a los llavines el dash y la alarma. 2-No hay internet en la habitaciones ni tv por cable 3-la piscina es demasiado pequeña 4-el restaurant ni siquiera quisimos probarlo porque es como una sodita

La ubicación buenísima. La vista y la comida muy buena. La atención de la mayoría del personal buena. En el restaurante los mozos un poco apáticos. Que no limpien ni ordenen la habitación sino a partir del 3er día. El amoblamiento de los bungalows un poco escazo (muy vacío los espacios y eso le quitaba calidez) Debería tener kayaks como mínimo para que uno se divierta en el lago tan hermoso que tienen al frente

En nuestra visita nos gusto la atención personalizada, además de profesional la comida es 10 de 10! Es un excelente lugar para descansar y olvidarse de la monotonía de la ciudad.

Nice vast apartment Got a special deal (2/3 of the price proposed by booking) In the middle of nowhere : difficult to find ; local people did not know about it !! Requires absolutely a car to get there Apartment not equiped : not even a pan or pot or boiler to make a hot drink Restaurant locatedat the top ofthe hill with no lights to reach it at night : looks like a "different world" !! No mosquito proof windows or doors : important when location close to water. No view on the lake Apoyo

This spot is a nature lover paridise. We saw more monkeys here than anywhere else in the country. Lots of birds too. The view from our room and the top of the mountain is nothing short of spectacular. Got to be one of the most beautiful places in Nicaraguga. Isolated from nearby towns. $10 cab ride each way. I would go back and stay 2 nights We love nature but also love food. Food was good here but limited selection. Again a reason not to stay too long
