Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy place. Near the city center. Next time I visit Amsterdam, will be staying in this hotel again.
Location Comfortable bed, additional duvet Free WiFi
Small room - this was in the description of the room though, but actually it was so small that there were only moving door to the bathroom and they were crooked, so actually it was impossible to close the toilet. Not very comfortable and hygienic.. Ants - there were insects in the room and on the bed! It could have been a bit better for the money that we paid.
Stairs were very steep
Location and Wifi were good, staff was nice and helpful, good transportation nearby.
The shower was a bit unusual, as it is inclined and you must sit or stand really close to the wall in order not to fall.
Clean, near to tram service, friendly staff, spacious room, strong wifi signal, small bar available at lobby, near to a marquet.
Staff Price Cleanliness
Bedroom a little bit small
I would rather recomend this place.Small room but enought for just spend a night there
Far from center-20 min walking. But you alwayse can use tram:)
Very warm and very clean. Guys on reception excellent. , very receptive. Women need more people skills. 24 hour opening. Overall a good experience.
Tea and coffee not available in rooms and it was only available in morning if we paid full breakfast cost of 6.00 euros. Very noisy at night, lots of banging, lift too close to rooms.
No balcony Small room
- Very clean and fresh
- Room was too small - Hotel is noisy (you can hear everything through the walls) - Need to hand in room key at reception
The room was small but comfortable for 4 adults and the beds were very comfortable. Really nice bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The "bar" downstairs is really more of a lounge and whoever is on reception comes in to pour you a beer, but it was a great place to debrief at the end of the day and make plans for the next. Very convenient to tram line to get into city.
The neighborhood was dark and quiet, and we were a little nervous walking around, probably unnecessarily so. Limited places for a quick, inexpensive bite nearby.
The location of the hotel was excellent!
The breakfast was very very basic. There was no space in the room (40 cm room to move between the bed and the wall in total!!) , small bathroom, tiny bathtub, tiny everything...
location clean small, but good enough
bath too small for sitting or standing (feet don't fit in showering area of the bath)
Many nice bar, restaurant and market in the area. You get a good value for this price .
Expensive parking. 30 min to city center by walk.
They're friendly, it's clean and it's well priced.
We reported a broken bathroom light on the first night and when we left after two nights it still wasn't fixed. We had to shower using mobile phone lights! The breakfast is limited, it's fine quality but very little choice.
Near to Albert Cuyp Market, within walking distance to Line 3 and 4 tram stations
No water dispenser provided, hot water is charged at Euro 2!
Room size and staff
The bed and not enough toiletries, no fridge n no parking
Small room but enough for a night
The toilet was very small. Another problem is that at some hours it is difficult to connect with the WiFi.
close to the city center, stylish, friendly staff
Visited in a high priced period so value for money is hard to determine. Nice and friendly staff, room cleaned every day. 24h reception/bar. Good location, walking distance to Rembrandtplein and city centre (10-15min) trams are close and 4 stops from the centre. "Walking distance" to cental station if you are not heavy on baggage, walked there with a 20kg backpack, no problems, about 30-40minutes.
The rooms are not very modern and they are very small. This was not a problem for me. Noisy elevator running in the middle of the building often through the night.
Location of the hôtel is good.
The room is extrêmely small and There was nô heating in the bathroom at all, Sô it was freezing to hâve à shower. Basically, à place to stay if you only sleep à bit during your holiday but dont expect something Else.
Bathtub is very small and very unsafe to use due to the sloping surface. I felldown, luckily no injury.
good wifi, cheapish drinks.
we had a slight probably with ants, they were around the bathroom sink and a couple appeared in on the bed. Also we left something in the hotel and as a friend was in the area they wouldn't get back to me regarding picking it up.
The room was beautiful with a balcony and a big spacious bathroom. Very easy to get into town by just hopping on a tram.
Breakfast was too expensive for all that it was and there weren't many cafes local to get a good breakfast somewhere else
The hotel is fews minutes away from the tram. You can use tram 3 & tram 4 to reach the most famous attractions in Amsterdam. My room was very small but it is comfortable & value for money. The staff is friendly & helpful. i also booked a countryside & windmill trip through the hotel.
You can hear the noise from the other rooms.
