The hotel is pretty nice; not far from the center and can be reached without using public transport; also there is a tram stop near the hotel. A receptionist was polite and helpful. There is a 24-hours bar/snacks in the lobby, so you can always get your cold glass of fresh Heineken :) Our room was rather small but cozy; a shower requires some fixing. |

the location, just in front of the park and with lots of restaurants around we were charged 4% extra for paying with Visa!! the bikes that we rented were not just old, they were distroyed, with the wheels bended, and the renting terms and conditions were over the top, 250€ to pay in case of stolen bike, when the bikes we got wouldn't cost more than 20€ Also, the room was extremely small, but we were aware fo this fact from the online reviews. |

It is surely a value for money. The 24 hr receptionist is good one. The hotel staff is extremely helpful in guiding us. The room was kept very clean everyday. Even if it is a budget hotel, it is too small a room for the value that was paid. There is no remote control for the TV. The escalator is bit weired. |

Hotel located just 15mins by Tram no.25 (stop no.9th) from Centraal Station. 20mins walk to Museumplein (Rijksmuseum). Has few sundry shops and bakery shops within 5mins walk. No shower curtain for the bath tub for my room. As a result, bathroom floor wet after shower. Hotel charged EUR1.50 for a glass of hot water (stated in their menu). |

It was very convenient that I could rent a bike with them. I had reservations, but they didn't have the bedroom available. I had to check in and check out (carrying all my luggages) everyday until my original reservation was available. They offered me breakfast for free, but I would prefer having my original reservation available from the beginning. |

I loved the place, nice friendly staff and perfect location and good breakfast. The room was very comfortable and love the bar because it is open 24 hrs and you can take your drinks up to the room. We would stay here again. |

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the city centre is easily accessible from the hotel on foot. The walls are paper thin. Our first night in the hotel, we were kept up basically all night by a crying child and its screaming mother next door. The tiny window in the room is also very thin, and since the hotel faces rather active traffic, the noise of trams and cars during the morning rush hour will keep anyone in that room awake. The shower was very temperamental. |

Free Wi-Fi, helpful staff when a fuse was blown. Well used space in the rooms. Multi-lingual staff. The location was convenient to the 25 tram. Electrical system was flaky. I thought the surcharge for credit cards should have been noted on the site since it was rather high. |
