I liked the localization, near the centre, near the museums and the Vondelpark, near the Tram stop. There are also some cafes, a supermarket and restaurants around, plus is still in a calm street. Plus they have a good breakfast and a nice staff. No, I would go back there whenever I return to Amsterdam. But they could add a minibar in the rooms, or offer basic restaurant services at night (sandwiches, for example). |

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good but not extensive. The room was comfortable and looked out over quiet back gardens. Room was small but adequate and a little stuffy as there was no ability to leave a window slightly open for air. Tea / coffee making fcilities in the room would have been nice but refreshments wee available in the bar. |

The staff was very accommodating and helpful if we had questions about the city. Also, it located in a quient and attractive residential neighborhood which is very close to the museums. We had to upgrade our room because the origiinal room we booked was too small for two people. The extra cost was minimal. |

Location was very good, staff was ok, especially when I needed to let my luggage at the hotel to go to Van Gogh Museum, very close to the hotel. The room was very small, but I think it's usual in Amsterdam... The only bad thing is that I was stolen in the city, I lost my documents, IDs, credit and some money. Be careful in that city!!! |

My room was very nice. Breakfast was a fair buffet and internet connection in lobby is always a plus. One of the women in staff clearly doesn't like her job and she looked really annoyed when I asked for new batteries for the remote. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the area the hotel is in a very desireable area for anyone wanting to experience a side of Amsterdam that is less touristy yet still very central. Also the fact that it is surrounded by loads of quality shopping spots and restaurants is a great feature. |
