Lokalizacja. W świetnym punkcie blisko muzeów i tramwaju, w cichej okolicy. Pokój był skromny, ale wygodny. Oprócz łóżka - stolik z fotelami, biurko, tv, wnęka z szafą. Bardzo dobra łazienka - duża, czysta, komfortowo wykończona. Niezłe śniadanie - bufet, bez nadzwyczajnych frykasów, ale z wszystkim, co trzeba: muessli, płatki, tosty, wędlina, ser, jabłka. Ręczniki. Wyglądały na mocno już zużyte. |

The size of the triple room, the confort of the double bed, the presence of the elevator, the position of the hotel, the helpful staff The furniture of the room a little bit dark and old fashioned. The aspirator of the bath room seems not working at all |

Pleasant place to stay, cosy atmosphere. Two improvements required: firstly it would be nice for the hotel to provide shampoo, soap ,etc in the bathroom; secondly a safe per room would be useful rather than the one at the fron desk. |

It is a quite location, central and easy access to transportation (tram no 12) to Amstel train station were euroline's terminus is. Polite staff, Good breakfast and good room service. They seem to be willing to go out of their way to help. From the moment I arrived at the station at Amstel to when I arrived to the hote , they guided me all the way through. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that the service, the staff and the facilities were just too good to be rated a 3star hotel. |

Fantastic location near everything in pretty residential street & felt very safe. Traditional Dutch house - also had a lift - saved carrying heavy luggage up narrow staircases. Modern bathroom & great shower. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful breakfast room/excellent breakfast-good times to suit all & they did not rush you out at 10am. Rijksmuseum/Van Gogh/Canal cruise/trams all at end of road. |

The location was excellent with public transportation and museums nearby.Good variety at breakfast, free internet access and helpful staff were all appreciated. Felt very safe in the neighborhood as a solo female traveler. Highly recommended hotel poor room lighting for reading |
