Right near the trendy Jordaan district which has great shopping and restaurants. Trendy neighborhood and not as noisy as the main drag.

Walls are thin.

The hotel is still pretty central without being in a loud, touristy area.

Our room was the size of a closet, we always had to be on the bed together because there was nowhere else to go. One cup in the bathroom had dried coffee in it when we arrived and it was never removed. The other mugs were never cleaned or replaced after we used them. There was no conditioner available at all and we had to request shampoo twice before I finally waited at the desk for the girl to get it. The shower did not have a wall to contain the water and the entire floor and toilet would be wet after we showered. We had to hide the toilet paper to make sure it wouldn't get wet. We had to ask repeatedly for bathmats and on the last day never even got one. We came home one day and there were crumbs all over the carpet, which were not there when we left in the morning. It was very noisy at the hotel, partly because of the construction on the weekday mornings and partly because there were some very rude guests who would slam doors when they got home at 4am, and would also play loud music. To my knowledge, they were never asked to turn it down/off. Needless to say, we did not sleep well any of the nights.

This hotel probably opened a good month too early. Beds were not made, reception was under construction, no breakfast/room service available. Should not have accepted bookings.

Despite the management, the Hotel is nice.

We were not previously informed that the hotel was in refurbishment works. The receptionist tried to charge the city tax twice. First day our room was not made and we didn't have shower gel /shampoo until last day. The TV didn’t work until last day.

The room was new, modern style. I was facing the canal so very quit for a good night sleep

The hotel is still in renovation and the lobby not very organized like the staff. At my check out the front desk was charging me more then booking.com, so I showed my email confirmation and she fixed my total. The wifi not working, they are not ready to serve any breakfast yet, lucky that coffee place cross a street was there. If your room is by the stairs you will hear everyone going up and down. Also the elevator is not working.

La camera era davvero minuscola e credo non si possa definire hotel 3 stelle, pulizia scarsa in sei giorni di permanenza non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, asciugamani al minimo, non avevano il servizio di colazione neanche a pagamento, non aveva il telefono in camera, il servizio wifi spesso non funzionava

Ottimo!! In un quartiere davvero carino che merita di essere visto, poco fuori dal caos ma sempre comunque centrale, il cuore della città si raggiunge a piedi in una ventina di minuti, in bici in 10. io e il mio ragazzo l'abbiamo affittata per 3 giorni pagando 32 in tutto in un posto lì vicino consigliatoci dallo stesso hotel. Prima di partire ho letto diverse recensioni ed ero un pò scettica. Ho trovato l'albergo davvero carino , le foto di booking corrispondenti alla realtà. L'albergo è appena stato ristrutturato e quando sono andata io il 30 aprile stavano ultimando I lavori. Nessun rumore che ci abbia disturbato, il personale gentilissimo, siamo stati fortunati con la camera 25 al primo piano. In quanto alle scale che tutti definiscono ripidissime devo dire che sono una caratteristica tipica di amsterdam nella maggior parte degli edifici. Proprio davanti alla porta dell hotel c'è un bar che prepara delle ottime colazioni a prezzi modici. Wifi gratuito. Davvero consigliato

чистый, недавно отремонтированный отель, удобные кровати и матрасы, мебель новая, хорошая шумоизоляция. рядом много кафе. по субботам, на одной из улиц отходящих от гостиницы, разворачивается рынок.

Het ontvangst was vriendelijk. Kamers waren mooi en schoon. Locatie top midden in de Jordaan en met tram goed bereikbaar.

Het is een beetje gehorig, echter wel begrijpelijk gezien de oude staat van het pand. De renovatie is daarentegen erg goed gelukt!

This hotel shoudn't be on Booking.

The worst hotel in which I stayed in. The hotel was in refurbishment works. The workers woke us up at 7 o'clock every morning and the front door had wet paint and the receptionist didn't apologize for the works and was even rude telling us the other way to go out the hotel. The elevator didn't work. There are no phone son the rooms. There are no toillet paper, we had to ask for it, no to mention the soap and gel. That was terrible. Neverthless we account was high, for 4 days, 525 Euros with that lack of everything. The receptionists were lousy,

The location is very poor and the price I paid is not worth. I regret my stay in it. The rooms are very very small, with plywood doors, I was very much freighten to sleep in it. I stayed in Enkhuizen, Amsterdam city center at the price less than this hotel. In my opinion Euro 50/- per night is more than enough to stay in this hotel. Booking.com is a reliable website. You should not offer such zero star hotels to your customers because this will give bad impression about your site. I hope you will take necessary action in future to delete such hotels from your list, and especially those hotels that are still under construction like Linden which has no sign board in front of it.

La situación, precio, limpieza.

Habitación muy pequeña. Wifi: no funcionaba el primer día. El lavabo todo unido, sin mámpara en la ducha. Cuando reservas te retienen el importe de una noche en la tarjeta. No teníamos ni gel, ni champú, solo un jaboncillo y tres cremas hidratantes. Toallas tres de lavabo y una de ducha.

beds are only 1.80 cm wide (too small for us to have a good nichts of sleep) Unluckily no breakfast available (which was not mentioned on my request to reserve 2x breakfast)

Ci hanno addebitato le spese di commissione della prenotazione tramite booking.com giustificandolo come un errore sul sito, non ci hanno emesso la fattura giustificando che avevano problemi di stampante, non funzionava il wii fi nonostante continuassero a dire che "era connesso".

Die Lage ist super, nur einen kleinen Spaziergang vom Zentrum entfernt! Gegenüber des Hotels gibt es ein kleines, aber feines Café in welchem man gut und günstig frühstücken kann. Das Viertel an sich ist eher ruhig, trotzdem gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Typisch holländisch und nicht zu touristisch!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist miserabel. Das Hotelzimmer war zwar sauber, aber sehr klein. Außerdem funktionierte der Aufzug nicht und am Tag der Abreise stand kein Gepäckraum zur Verfügung , sodass man den letzten Tag gar nicht mehr nutzen konnte (das Hotel befand sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt allerdings auch im Renovierungsstress)
