Nice location with a river in the backyard of the hotel, there is a terrace directly on the river where you can chill out. Menu doesn't offer a large choice but food is good, well prepared and nicely presented. Rooms are confortable. While rooms are comfortable some refurbishment would be necessary, it looks a bit outdated and oldfashioned. |

Very clean, comfortable, car parking space, with the car easy to go to the centre - 25 minutes by train. Did not accept larger banknote as "they do not have change", even though price for the hotel high and it did not require a lot of change. |

Hotel is in a nice location, but not close to downtown. Employees were not so kind. |

The room was comfortable and had a good view out the window I found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful, surprised there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, the toilet was difficult to flush, and reception ordered our taxi back to the airport an hour earlier than we had asked and were told we were going to be charged. |

Although a good hotel this is not a suitable hotel for a visit to Amstwerdam due to its location being a 30 minute tain ride from Amsterdam. The distance from the town centre is unacceptable. |

Receptio staff were very friendly and helpful. After checking in and going to our room, we found tha no lights were working in the bathroom. On requesting somebody to fix this, we were left waiting for an hour and a half, then were told that the odd job man was busy. We then either had to wait the twenty minutes or move to another room, which we ended up doing. |

The room is spacious and clean. About a KM from Gasperplas Metro station and about 400 Meters from Gaasp Bus stop. Staff is good and cooperative. Reception till late night. No Coffee machine down. You need to the bar for coffee. Checkout time is 2 PM which is too late. Little far off from the Central station - 25 Min by Metro and 15 Min of Walking. |

The Staff were excellent. The Breakfast was Yummy :-). Over all nice experience. The distance from the Metro was little far if you are with children. Also the Sign Board were not guiding the direction properly towards the Hotel. |

i arrived at the hotel at 3 pm. however, the clerk told me there was no room because of the overbooking!! she said that she would find another hotel for us and asked us to wait....for an hour!! finally she found a hotel in the middle of no where and helped us to hire a taxi... i could understand the hotel's side of overbooking, but i couldn't accept there's no one apologised. |

the hotel has a car park, the room was not crowded, the breakfast buffet was good, the hotel is rather run down, the corridors are shabby, there is quite a distance to the metro station, which wasn't evident when booking |

Backside of the hotel has a nice terrace partly overlooking a lake. Restaurant is also situated there. Room at front rather hot. Opening a window almost impossible because of busy road in front of the hotel. |
