The hotel bed did not have blankets og pillows and the legs on bed where broken. Had to tell the staff 4 times in 3 hours that we wanted to sleep and there was nothing on the bed to sleep in. The heat was not on in the room, took almost 24 hours before it was a little warm. The water was cold in shower and sink. It was signs all ower the hotel that the restaurant closed 18.00, but 16.40 it was closed and we got no food. Had to take a taxi that costed 60 euro tur/retur to get food. I didnt want to pay full price for this weekend, and they said I had to pay and the maneger would call me up. They have not contacted me yet, it has gone 5 days now. We travel a lot, this is the worst hotel I have ever visited, dont go here!!! The staff should listen to the costumers, they have to make the beds with blankets and pillows. Set the heat on before the rooms are rented out og wright in the comersals that the rooms are cold the first 24 hours. They must never put signs up with times on when restaurant close and dont follow it. The costumers are always wright, dont loose costumers on bad service. I hope the maneger contact me soon as promissed, so they can make things right. This is the worst hotel I have ever visited and the hotel standard in europe is usualy very good, so this hotel must go from zero star to at least 3 stars |

The rooms are big and the staff is friendly. On the last day of my stay at the hotel there was a problem with the hot water and I had to take a really cold shower. There was no remote control for the tv on the bedroom. |

It was quiet, it was comfortable. There is no transport for tourists between the hotel and Gaasparplas Metro station. I saw several guests walking the 15/20 minute distance. The hotel would be much better if they had a bus available to pick guests up or drop them off. |

The hotel was very clean, easy to find, and a good price. There is a small bar at the hotel which was also very nice. We were able to park our car there, which is a bonus in Amsterdam, as city parking is expensive. Really removed from the city. It is close to a train stop- but you still have to walk almost 10 minutes to get to the metro, and the metro doesn't run very often. It then takes another 20 minutes to get into the city. overall it took almost an hour to get into the city, which made it difficult to come and go from the hotel throughout the day. |

The Room was large and clean! Very quiet. Staff was nice. There was no problem with the free parking plenty available. Easy 10 min walk to the metro! About 20 min train ride to Central Station Amsterdam and Pet Friendly!!!! Shower was ok but there was no shower head. No wash cloths, just towels. No coffee or tea service in the room. The hotel is very nice but on the older side, needs to have a face lift. I didn't eat at the restaurant because I felt it was a bit too expensive. |

Room was spacious, it's well connected with central station by metro 53 (last station). Breakfast was really excellent! After getting off the metro, it's almost impossible to decide which direction to go in order to get to the hotel. It seems like you found yourself in the middle of nowhere, no buildings, nothing actually. Not to mention that I needed to go through parking lots, because there was no sidewalk beside the part of the street that leads to hotel. They didn't even bother to put a table near the metro station that would point to direction of the hotel. Luckily I had GPS so I found my way to the hotel. Although room was big, it was freezing cold. Heating did not work in the room, and there was no heating in the bathroom either, so I couldn't even shower. When I was checking out the girl on the reception was rushing me because it was getting crowded. |

Good space in the room 1. I expected free WiFi at a hotel of this standard. 2. I wanted to explore possibility of a long-term booking discount, but nobody could provide that information (so I went elsewhere) |

It was very conveniently located. In less than 20 min. we were downtown Amsterdam. It is a 10 min. walk to the Metro, which brings you directly to Central Station. You can also leave your car at the Metro at no parking cost. the buffet was a little over priced. |

I liked the location. The hotel is situated at a calm, quiet area, at the bank of a beautiful river. Excellent for those who like to avoid the din and bustle of the city life. Facilities are pretty ok. We have been allowed to heck in at 8 o'clock in the morning, though the official check-in time was 2:00 pm. From practical purposes, location is not the best. It’s a bit far from the city centre, though a metro station at 10 minute's walking distance makes up the loss to reasonable extent. Breakfast is pretty costly and there are not many other eating-out/shopping options nearby. |

I stayed for one night due to my departure from the country the following day, but like the new LCD HD flat screen TVs that they have installed. The only thing I found that I did not like was the bathtub drain as it was slow to drain and I ended up standing in about ankle deep water, but that is something I find to be problematic at just about all hotels. |

The hotel was comfortable and it was just about 10 minutes on foot to the nearest underground station. The room and the bathroom were large and modern. The obsolete type of shower and the shower head and the fact that hairdryers were only available at the reception desk and it was necessary to pay a deposit for borrowing them. |

Rooms were very clean, and prices are really affordable The problem is that the Hotel is quite far from the city centre. You have to reach the underground stop (10 minutes walking) and then by metro go to the city centre (15 minutes). And the undergrounfd stops working at 00.15. |

The hotel-room was very commodious. There were enough parking possibilities for the cars. the bath-romm was very poorly furnished. There were no towel rails or towel rack. The condition of the bath-room dorr pull was definitely insufficient. On the side of the bath tube was rudimental mould. In one of our booked room, the window in the hotel-room could opened only a few centimetre, and in the other booked room it was not possible to open the window (technical defect). In spite of giving information to the stuff, the reported problem was not solved. |

good breakfast and nice location. a lot of park places The central station is very far from the hotel - you have to walk for about 10 minutes and then take the train for another 30 min. It makes no sense to take a taxi (about 35 Euro) from the center, for that money you can park in the center. |

Close proximity to the town of Wesp - which is a nice place to visit on the river. The hotel is 10 minutes brisk walk to the local metro station which is at the end of the 53 line, 13 stops from Amsterdam central. Car parking is free and the trains stop running at 23 hours. I might be easy for locals but for a tourist the hotel was impossible to find with just a road map - there is a need by Tulip Hotels to clearly identify directions, and the motorway turn off to be taken within the booking confirmation. We got fed up with driving around the ring road then stopping to ask taxi drivers how to find the hotel – some of who did not know! |

The location of the hotel (20 min in metro of the amsterdam central) is the most important thing for me. But I like also the quality of the room (clean and big). |
