After the second time of requesting we were allowed to enter one of our booked rooms earlier than check-in time, which was much appreciated

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and the view over the water was lovely. We had breakfast each morning, which was a very basic selection set out buffet style, but good for the price. We had dinner on arrival, which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.

Beautiful shower that lacked water pressure. If you are doing a short trip over a weekend aimed at central Amsterdam, then this would not be your first choice; however if you had a car it is easily accessible to main routes and surrounds.

Room and service is good. Our group went to hotel late a little bit but their restaurant still late service for us. Location is near canal and it is so beautiful in the morning but it is locate out of city, you should have a car to go to this hotel.

There is nothing in its surroundings from the hotel. For those who like loneliness and do not like to eat is perfect.

This hotel is a joke. It is out of town of amsterdam. So far away. Very far from any trade or stores. Far from the train station, who the receptionists lie saying that be station of metro.

The room was ok (except the toilet)

1)The staff was horrible. These people don't want to make money, don't need returning customers and certainly are not hiring proffessionals. 2) I had no way of cleaning my own toilet. if i had been with someone else in the room it would've been extremely uncomfortable for both of us. A toilet brush was DENIED by the the staff 3)the price for such a dumpster was way to high 4) We were called "dishonest" by the staff. 5) I was personally mocked from the staff when i asked for an extra blanket.

Hair dryers are not equipped in the room. One has to borrow a hair dryer at the reception with 20 Euro deposit.

Every thing was good,clean and comfortable with fantastic view of river.

The location is 15 min walk from metro station. Our room smells of cigarette, the last guest covered the fire alarm and smoked.

Food

The inside of the hotel was very nice. All recently done over. Most of the staff very nice. Close to public transportation into the city.

Outside of hotel is disgusting. We didn't even want to check into the hotel. All of the outside needs to be done over. One female staffer had no personality and acted like she was doing us a favor to check in.

Big room. Free car parking. Quiet location.

Bed wasn't double (two single beds connected). View to hotel entrance. Far from any store.

there are more than 10 tulip inn in armsterdam,and this by the river side is the river far remote from city or even the public transportation!

Clean, spacious. Modern decor.

Having to go to bar for a tea or coffee. No towel rail in bathroom

all thingh was good

Found the room had a beautiful design to it, very clean and modern. Found the staff there very pleasant. The breakfast was very nice lots to choose from. Hotel had a very relaxing feel to it. It would have been nice if there was a spar. All in all I thought it was a lovely hotel to stay in.

If seem as if it was far away from everything. But thankfully once you got to the train station that was about 12 mins walking you could get to city and anywhere easily.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, completely renovated, with view to the river. Internet free of charge. Metro is aprox. 10min fast walk.

Expensive breakfast. 15 EUR is really too high price for quite normal offer. (We have try only 1x).

Hotel in a rural situation, but within easy walking distance to the train station for access into Amsterdam Centre. Hotel is being refurbished to an excellent standard, staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

I appreciate when we visited this time it was March so it was cold, but the outside decking area was not set up for use, and even though cold we would have preferred to sit out there.
