Front desk people were helpfull and courteous,restaurant supervisor tried hard. The room was and stayed dirty,cobbwebs on the ceiling and doorposts.No toiletpaper in bathroom upon arrival.The batroom smelled of urine and stale smoke(NO smoking ALLOWED!)The showerstall was dirty,bodybutter everywhere,the showercurtain was full of mildew.Lint and dust under the bed and around the room.The hallways and the floors in the hotel and the restaurant were dirty.The food in the restaurant for breakfast was uninspired to say the least.Coffee mostly stale and cold.No one to explain what you were intitled to for breakfast,mostly no one around the restaurant period! |

I knew, what to expect, thanks to the chain hotel. It was ok, clean, good accesible to teh main road. Good solution for people, who travel through Holland. Just 25 minutes from the Schipol airport. |

Goede kwaliteit bed. voldoende kussens. goed verzorgd, ruime kamer, veel kastruimt,; Zeer slechte bediening aan de bar 's-avonds. Niet goed ingewerkt stuntelig overkomend personeel. Bar tot half 12 open en om half 10 kon ik geen cappuchino bestellen omdat het apparaat al schoon was gemaakt, Ontbijt te duur voor wat men aanbied. |

Gezien het verblijf slechts 1 overnachting betreft is het moeilijk een complete beoordeling te geven; toch een poging. Ontvangst was goed, personeel vriendelijk, konden reeds voor de aangegeven tijd de kamer betrekken. Kamer was netjes en voldoende ruim; badkamer in orde. Niettegenstaande gelegen dicht bij autosnelweg toch rustig; isolatie tussen kamers goed. Ontbijt was lekker en voldoende. geen minpunten; misschien mag het einduur van het ontbijt tijdens weekend toch op 10:30u. worden gebracht i.p.v. 10:00u. |

een vriendelijke ontvangst en goed ontbijt. De badkamer rook onfris en in het douchegordijn zat het weer, wat heel vies is. De voegen waren ook vies. |

Schone kamer en badkamer. je kunt merken dat het niet zo goed gaat met Tuliphotels, Receptie minimaal bezet. Lang wachten bij in-en uit checken. Bij ontbijtbuffet ook maar een serveerster in de bediening voor een vrij grote zaal. |

hatte ein Sonderangebot und damit war es eine echt günstige Variante, gute Verbindungen mit Bussen zum Stadtzentrum Leiden, Parken kein Problem teilweise fauliger Geruch aus Abwasserleitungen in Dusche; aber nicht permanent; Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut zu, das kann sicher verbessert werden |

Nette schone kamers, centrale ligging, vriendelijk personeel, hele goede keus. De specialiteit van het bijbehorende AC restaurant, de sate, was te goor en te smerig om te omschrijven. Het ontbijt maakte dat gelukkig weer enigzins goed. |

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Den Haag und der Strand rund um Katwijk und Nordwijk sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Die zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist noch nicht erschlossen. Es finden Bauarbeiten statt. Wir fühlten uns dadurch aber nicht gestört. |
