The room is clean and modern. Nice firm bed and good quality linen. Good shower. Great location: close to tram stop, shops, museums and many restaurants nearby. Wireless Internet reception was poor even on level 2, though you could sit at reception to get better signal. The smallest hotel room I have ever seen but comfortable enough and not a surprise given it's in Amsterdam. I would suggest the hotel to install a couple of hooks on the wall for hanging coats. Our room faces the front of the building and can be noisy at times despite double glazed windows. |

Helpful stuff First I got keys from the room that was already occupied by somebody. Finally I got my room, but it was much smaller in comparison with the first one. Steep stairs, no lift. |

The staff were very friendly. Excellent location and big flat-screen TV in the room. It served its purpose very well. Room was absolutely tiny- I live in a 9 metre-squared apartment in Paris and even I found it rather claustrophobic! |

Location, excellent: you can walk everything from the hotel and trams to Central Station stop right around the corner. Good breakfast. Modern rooms. Luggageroom after checkout, very practical. Keep in mind that there's no elevator (if you have heavy bags). |

The hotel is in the shopping area - city centre. Good bed. Breakfast. Friendly staff The room was really extremely small, just a little bigger than the double bed. No chair, table etc. Too small for a week stay. Internet on the room was broken for several days |

The rooms were nicely designed. Bathroom was very good. Bed very comfortable. Room was tiny, the bed dominated the entire floor space. Main street outside very noisy on a Saturday night with people shouting and laughing until 5am. This hotel should fit double glazing to minimize this problem. |

Fantastic location right in a nice area of the city. Lots of shopping and bars nearby but it was not noisy at night. Bike hire just down the road. Close to Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum. Easy ride or tram to red light district and Anne Franks House. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. |

A fanatastic welcome by the staff who were very helpful! The breakfast was very limited and dull... it needs to expand to include international visitors. |

Central location We asked for separate beds and in a way got them. But well the room was so small that you had to crawl over the other bed to get to yours + The brekfast is a complete joke; some white toast, cheap cheese and industrial jam is maybe OK in a hostel but for 140 euros/night yoy expect something else. |

Very central, next to shops, restaurants and bars, free wifi in the hotel, great bed, nice room and bathroom, the receptionist Imran was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast room is very nice and has quality furniture, very modern hotel Breakfast was poor, how can a hotel run out of butter before a weekend, the person working in the breakfast room was unfriendly, no table was cleaned up, the receptionist had to come help clean the tables, very ineffective person, never seen this before, which is very sad given the design and quality of the room the service isn't fitting at all, if the hotel wants to keep quality they need to review some of their staff |

I liked the very friendly staff. The hotel was clean, and looked newly renovated. The housekeepers did their work late, so you were able to sleep in without being waken up, if you said no they just said sorry, but do you at least want towels? Really really nice! A+ for that. Restaurant nextdoor where the breakfast was held was really nice too, could've had a little more variety in things to put on your bread, but I'm not complaining. Room was light, clean. I liked it. Alot! + The location is perfect, right at Leidseplein, restaurants, coffeeshops, shopping, entertainment, + right next to the Tram incase you wanna go somewhere else. They didn't have a elevator, not a problem for me cause I was on the 1st floor. |
