i stayed in these apartments with my husband and we will recomend them to our friends and family. we were really impressed with the accomdations size, location, cleanliness and staff we could find no fault we were very impressed.

Very large and comfortable apartment

The staff told us that he would be diving the payment into two of our credit cards as we were staying as two families. However he did not and he did not inform about it and we could ony learn that after we came back to our country. Why is it a difficulty to charge the same amount to two cards insteaf of one? We gave all of our card information properly and he said he could do that..

Nothing. I felt I was misled and ripped off.

It wasnt an apartment. It was an old shop. We couldnt open the blinds ever as it was a goldfish bowl. Ther were no windows that could be opened. It was stifling. The extractor was noisy and couldnt be switched off. Ther was no extractor in the toilet which was adjacent to the cooker. The lights were covered in dust. The toilet light was hanging on exposed wires. The bedding had holes in it. It was like a very basic prison cell.there was no balcony.

The flat we stayed at was relatively in a quite location albiet it was not central. Taxi ride cost Euro 10 to Liedsplien or Centraal Station. Hardly central while it's claimed in the website all flats are in central amsterdam

I had trouble been united with the apartment as their website asks to call them from Centraal Station and when i did it took 3 hrs to reach the apartment due to poor directions. They should confirm the address of the flat to the customer once booked straightaway and not wait until customers arrive in town and call for directions. I was charged Euro 50 through an unathorised debit on claim that we left the flat "exteremly Dirty" after 4 days stay while all we left behind was the Rubbish well intact in blastic bags and placed all the dirty dishes and cups in the dishwasher! During the 4 days no cleaner came or Rubbish collection was carried out. The internet connection is a LAN one and very awkward if you are more than one person.

It was really nice location to have a good dinner and silent.

Owner of apartment was so nice to return the balance of money paid when we decided to shorten our stay from 5 days to 3 days.

Proposed apartments are located in different locations of Amesterdam while this issue has not been specified in site and cancellation was subjectto 20% penalty. They propsed to picked up in Schiphol Airport, but they denied without notice. Apartment was not safe and clean and in red light district and not recommended at all.

The small distance to the town centre and that you are within range to every bit of Amsterdam city.

The next door neighbour. A coffee shop with a terrible smell, but hey? What can you expect in Amsterdam?

Nice apartment. Clean. Right in the center of Amst.

Close to city centre, amazing view of the canal and very relaxing. Perfect for a couple.

A few amenities such as the internet and laundry were not working at the start but the staff fixed the problem eventually.

Good location, nice area, good bars very close and a great pizza take away a couple of streets away.

Very steep stairs up the three flights to the apartment

C'est un "studio" de 50 m2 avec séjour plein sud sur le canal tranquille "Oudeschans" à Amsterdam, avec également une chambre, une cuisine totalement équipée et une salle de douche, le tout dans une ancienne maison de la ville. Tout çà pour 69 euros, le top! Tranquilité et autonomie assurées !

Proper appartement, met alle basiscomfort aanwezig. Ideaal voor wie de stad wil verkennen, maar die toch graag zijn eigen stekje heeft buiten een 'echte' hotelcontext.
