L'hotesse est tres sympa a l'ecoutes des hotes et vraiment toujours envie de faire plaisir.

Ce b&b, situé dans le centre d'Amsterdam est d'un prix plus que correcte, l’hôte est très accueillante, aimable, attentive à nos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet.

Excellent place to stay for holiday! Rebecca is perfect!!! She is so helpful and energetic. Anything you need she is ready to provide. You also get a Jacuzzi which is hard to find in hotels at this price. The beds are very comfortable, the house is very clean. You are very close to the center (5 mins with tram).

Rebecca is very helpful. Through a misunderstanding we had a problem with our booking and Rebecca went out of her way to solve it. The room was very modern, as were the bathrooms and kitchen.

It would have been nice to have a place to sit down to take breakfast. Also, some details as lamps that did not work should have been fixed.

Rebecca was very friendly, and gave me and my partner an in depth talk about everything to see in Amsterdam. She wrote down everything we wanted to see alongside the appropriate tram lines to make it easier for us. She also brought us wine, fruit and flowers (and did not charge extra for this). We were given our keys for the basement (where our room was) and left to roam free and come and go as we pleased. Will definitely be going back :)

The owner, Rebecca, was great! She called me prior to us arriving to Amsterdam with confirmation that she will be available for when we arrive. Also to give me specific directions to the hotel. During our whole visit she was very nice, friendly, talking, helping us with what to do in Amsterdam, which trams to take etc. The room and was very nice, clean, fresh. Also the bathroom and toilet was in good condition. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rebecca is charming! The hotel is very cosy, the room is clean and nice, Rebecca cleans the room perfect every day and she gives fresh fruit every day. She will tell you everything you are interested in. So it's a real happyness to live at her place:)))))))))))))) Thank you Rebecca very much!!!

Rebecca was amazing, she's so funny it was great to meet her. She's so warm and welcoming there is no way you cant like her! The b&b is lovely, well decorated and regularly cleaned. Surprise 5% tourist tax added on at the end but thats how is it with amsterdam anyway but its not too much extra. (Was about 9 euros extra) about 30 minute walk from dam square but its very easy to get there. If I go back i'll be staying there again.

We had everything what we were needed.For few days to stay and visit city it was great choice. I Realy recomend it to everyone. And I want to one more time say thank u Rebecca, for all your kindness and help. Big Kiss from Poland Agata and Denis :)

rooms are very clean and comfortable, close to dam. square and other local hot spots.. rebecca was wonderful she looked after us and took us out for an amazing night on the town.! would defo recommend it and will defo be going back again to stay.. thanks again rebecca x

Fantastic accomodation. The owner was very welcoming and supplied invaluable information on good places to eat and getting around. The accomodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable and the jacuzzi bath was just the thing after a long day's sightseeing. The breakfast was lovely and well worth the €7.50. The location was great, a nice, peaceful neighbourhood close enough to walk in to the centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

Some might be put off by the shared bathroom but it really wasn't a problem as there is only one other room in the B & B and I never had to wait to use it in the 5 days I stayed there. Also the toilet and shower/bathroom were 2 separate rooms.The spacious jacuzzi more than made up for it.

This is all you need to know. Rebecca has turned her home just a bit outside of the central station into a wonderful bed and breakfast. Find her house (door is the far left one), and be ready for a warm greeting. Rebecca will do everything to make you feel at home. Very clean, personality to each room (one has a waterbed!), and it's on a main tram line. It's not expensive to stay, same as a hostel or hotel, but for the money as nice as an expensive hotel.

We spent four days in the Admiral B&B and enjoyed it very much: The appartment was situated in walking distance from the city center. The room was very cosy and modern equipped and the electric bed was very comfortable. After long walks in Amsterdam we had the opportunity to relax in a Jacuzzi. The hostess Rebecca was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information about how to get to the city center, what is worth seeing in Amsterdam or where we could park our car not very expensive. She was very attentive to us and surprised us with flowers and fresh fruits. We would definitely recommend this apartment to visitors of Amsterdam. We wish good luck and lots of nice guests to our hostess Rebecca :-)

It was very nice and pleasant vacation! If we ever will come back to Amsterdam we'll definitely stay at Admiral. Mila&Yana.

This b & b was excellent. Easy to find although its just a normal house from the outside. Owner rebecca was very welcoming and give us lots of information about things to do in Amsterdam and public transport. The rooms were immaculate. Tv had English channels. Beds were huge. The bathroom was fitted with a spa bath but a shower was also available. The owner provided us with toiliteries and towels. Again the bathroom was immaculately clean. Fantastic stay would definitely recommend

Staying there was just great. We loved the water bed and spa bath. I recommend this hotel for everybody...

Gefallen hat mir besonders gut Rebecca (Vermieterin) die war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.Alles andere kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

Die Sauberkeit der Badezimmer und überhaupt wurde nach einem wechsel von besuchern zwar das Bett bezogen aber weder die Toiletten noch Badezimmer gereinigt! Unser Zimmer konnten wir auch nicht sofort beziehen da noch besucher da waren, aber es war schon nervig. Am abreisetag lief das Wasser weder in der Toilette noch in der Dusche ab. Hatten ja die Zimmer im Keller gebucht wahrscheinlich irgendeine verstopfung von oben! Die Küche die wir angeblich nutzen konnten war sowas von voll gestellt das ein Kochen hier unmöglich gewesen wäre. Das eine Zimmer hat auch kein Fenster, nur eine Lüftung, die allerdings so laut ist das man sie Nachts nicht anmacht :-(

очень гостеприимная хозяйка апартаментов ребекка душевно нас встретила, всё показала, очень много дала полезной информации на предмет куда сходить, что посмотреть, где пообедать и поужинать, на чём добраться до центра. неплохое расположение от центра (30 мин пешком, 10 мин на трамвае - остановка рядом с отелем). есть место для курения (маленький внутренний дворик). комната чистая, в ней есть всё необходимое: телевизор, компьютер, холодильник, микроволновка, огромная мягкая кровать, диван, зеркало, столик, полки.

одна душевая и один туалет на две комнаты, хотя на сайте об этом ни слова не было написано. у кого проблемы со сном (реакция на посторонние звуки), то сразу скажу, что ночью можно испытывать от этого некий дискомфорт, т.к. слышимость очень неплохая. хотя остальные постояльцы вели себя достаточно тихо, не шумели.просто слышно когда кто-то приходит, уходит, в туалет и в душ идёт, а также что-то делает на кухне.
