Very friendly and pleasant staff. A warm welcome. Bright spacious room. The stairs to the room was very steep and narrow. The bathroom was very small. |

the staff was very friendly and helpful - the breakfast was first rate and generous. Bathroom was very modern and big by european standards, big tub and shower. It is a typical Dutch hotel, no other americans were there when we were only europeans - a bonus for us |

Fairly spacious (for the Netherlands) room with good beds. Very nice and helpful staff. Not much choice for breakfast. Street noise at times. Location (a bit far from the city). |

very nice personell, room looks nice, internet connection is fine yes 1. the breakfast was supposed to start at 7.30 u (which i already find very late...) but it didn't open before 7.45 u!!! that is really too late for business people! 2. very small amount of water out of the shower...... |

Location, Nice flat screen tv They did not accept american express and also didn't allow me to occupy the room until I got them cash from an atm machine. It would be nice to have coffee and tea in the room for morning. |

location of hotel, proximity to beach and boardwalk, size of rooms, breakfast buffet breakfast was served between 9 & 11... could have been earlier, especially as the hotel filled with more guests |

Goede locatie op steenworp afstand van boulevard en strand. Goede service en ontvangst, Goede kamer en prima ontbijtservice. Jammer dat de kamer niet in het hotel zelf, maar in een dependance lag. Het was goed geweest dat van tevoren te weten. |
