I liked a lot the fact that the room was very big and clean and the hotel is central situated. I don't know if it is about the hotel or booking.com, but when I first made the reservation, breakfast was included and after I confirmed the reservation (2 minutes later) the breakfast was excluded... |

The lobby and restaurant. Good location. Rooms are overpriced for what they are and are extremely basic and could do with some airing out. The staff could do with some training on dealing with the public, a selection of staff on the desk were by no means polite, smiling doesnt crack anyones face. |

it is a nice hotel does what it says. Lack of air conditioning, which I was aware about. Towel sizes, not big enough for a person. |

location to central amsterdam is excellent,very clean rooms.would reccomend to anyone. |

Location is good, close to everything. About 25 minute walk from the central station. Taking a shower was slow as the shower head had water coming out only from the outer ring, nothing from the center (no holes). |

I liked the size of the room and bathroom. I also liked the location of the Hotel, it was in very close proximity to everywhere I wanted to go. |

Able to check in early Poor service received shower didnt work properly reported problem and waited for over an hour no one came to sort out. Had to go out without having a shower. Mentioned problem again when leaving to Reception staff and was advised by a very brusk lady that it would be dealt with when we were out!!! |

The central location made getting around town a breeze. The great fruit stand across the street didn't hurt. The maid service was poor and reception was slow at best to produce any necessities such as towels and toilet paper. That's right, after our maid "cleaned " our room we were left without towels or toilet paper for hours. No A/C..... |
