vicino a piazza Dam camera matrimoniale d'avvero piccola, nel bagno non c'era manco il piatto doccia, rumori notturni inquietanti,solo per non fumatori...argh |

staff dell'hotel camera de luxe brutta, piccola e con vista sulle scale interne. avevo espressamente chiesto una camera de luxe per fumatori con buona vista, abbiamo ricevuto una camera non fumatori. |

I liked a lot the fact that the room was very big and clean and the hotel is central situated. I don't know if it is about the hotel or booking.com, but when I first made the reservation, breakfast was included and after I confirmed the reservation (2 minutes later) the breakfast was excluded... |

The lobby and restaurant. Good location. Rooms are overpriced for what they are and are extremely basic and could do with some airing out. The staff could do with some training on dealing with the public, a selection of staff on the desk were by no means polite, smiling doesnt crack anyones face. |

it is a nice hotel does what it says. Lack of air conditioning, which I was aware about. Towel sizes, not big enough for a person. |

Location is good, close to everything. About 25 minute walk from the central station. Taking a shower was slow as the shower head had water coming out only from the outer ring, nothing from the center (no holes). |
