Great location on a quiet street.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and quite. Great location and very reasonable rates. The room was small but it was certainly advertised as such.

Firstly the friendliness of the staff. The young man on reception advised us on the location of sights, the best way to get there and the best time to visit. The family room we had was excellent for a family with teenagers. It was very clean, spacious and being located at the rear of the hotel was quiet and peaceful ensuring a good nights sleep. It also looked out over various gardens. The location of the hotel was again excellent. It was situated on Vondelstraat, between a major tram junction to the North and a main tram route to the south. It was in close proximity to the Museum quarter and VondelPark and only three minutes walk from Leidseplein.

The only improvements I would like to see are the following: Free internet access Coffee and tea making equipment a better value breakfast

The hotel located so near to Leidsplein; less then 5 min. Walk from the centre of Leidsplein. The Staff is friendly and helpful. They had a luggage room that you can use free of charge; you can put your luggage after the checkout. The rooms are clean and cosy, bathroom has got hairdryer and necessary stuff.

Rooms were small and hotel was very noisy. The walls were thin enough to get all the noise from the corridor even a door shut can woke you up in the middle of the night. Hotel has got an elevator but after the elevator you got to take a few steps to your room level which was hard with heavy luggage.

The staff was amazing- super helpful and knowledgable with a good sense of humor!!

The reception chap was fantastic throughout - really helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable about the local area and attractions. The hotel was exactly as per the description. Will definitely go there again and recommend to friends and family.

The staff was great! The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the Leidseplein. It was clean!

A modestly priced, comfortable hotel, with helpful staff in an excellent, quiet location in Amsterdam. Near to tramway, museums, shopping and all levels of places to eat.

Good location! Nearby the Leidse plein where you can find bars and resto's.. Staff is friendly and tries to spreak as good as possible dutch. Room, bathroom (3persons) is clean and size is ok. This hotel is without a doubt a good choice when you're going to Amsterdam for a weekend like we did.

Great quiet location, was the only real plus. Staff was helpful. 10 euro for breakfast, way overpriced. Wifi 4 euro for 1 hr. ridicules . Single room, very small, but the bathroom was spotless, lots of hot H20 Overall rating, 5 out of 10.
