Although we did not know Amsterdam, the hotel's location turned out to be ideal for us. A surprisingly quiet road very near the museums and Vondel Park, but a few minutes walk a very popular collection of bars and cafes. |

It was comfortable, clean and cosy The reception. The did not have our reservation and the attitude of the woman was apalling. We were made to feel that we should be grateful that they could accommodate us for 2 nights. We had to change rooms the following day so could not relax or unpack. There was no apology or offer of anything to make the asituation any better. her attitude was digraceful and then they had the cheek to try and charge me 4% on top of my bill to pay by debit card which does not state anywhere on your email that this is the case. |

My friends booked this hotel for me and it was just like they've describied it. Nice hotel staff, decent rooms and inexpensive. The staff is there to help you and the breakfast lady was kind and was always thre to attend you. The rooms are nice and modern, the location was just great only 5 minutes from the busy Leidseplein or the museums. I look forward to stay again. |

Excellent location near Leidsplein - the vibrant part of Amsterdam. Easy to get to from Schiphol by bus (370 or 197). A little bit of a walk from the bus drop off (about 5-10 minutes) makes it cumbersome with baggage. |

The location, trams nearby, cleanliness of room, breakfast, 24hours reception and luggage storing. The toilet had a bad smell sometimes and the room we booked turned out to be located in the basement! |

Good location, close to museums and walking distance from most places of interest. Excellent breakfast. Quiet street. My room was in the basement, with windows at pavement level. This was quite noisy at times as we could hear converstations and one person who parked his motorbike outside our window spend ages trying to start it early in the morning. |

Cosy hotel, great location: in the center of town but still quiet, nice breakfast, comfortable & clean room, friendly staff. Not expensive! Noisy neighbours (not hotels fault of course) so didn't sleep very well. Used towels are put back on rack. No fresh ones unless you ask. (didn't know that, only saw info leaflet on last day...) |

The hotel is very good located. It's a nice hotel in a quiet street. And they have a nice garden. Leidse Plein is 5 minutes walking. We are next to te Vondelpark, museums and everything is walkingdistance. The hotel is very clean, which is for me very important. The staff is very nice and helpfull. |

I was my first visit to Amsterdam, the hotel is located in a very quiet street just minutes from the Leidseplein. Behind the property you can find the museums, such Van Gogh and Rijks. Rooms were clean and the staff very helpfull. At the square you can take the bus that takes you to the airport ask the staff for the numbers. As well I was in luck with the Hot deal room price. |

Simple clean approach offering a good range of basic services. Unable to print dircetly from the internet workstation, therefore being unable to check-in at the airport online. |
