staff, molto cortese. Stanza al secondo piano spaziosa i letti erano tre ma ci siamo stati in quadro ( due adulti,un bimbo di 8 e l'altro di 3 ).colazione buona e abbondante.

Ottimo per qualita' e prezzo,a due passi dal centro e nel cuore del quartiere dei musei e per chi ama correre e' a 50 mt dal Vondelpark(il più bel parco di Amsterdam).

La comodita' al centro, la gentilezza e la disponibilita' del personale, la pulizia delle camere.

Piccola mancanza nell'aggiornamento in internet della disponibilita' delle camere. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla che la prima sera non era disponibile, la camera che abbiamo ottenuto era comunque molto confortevole e pulita.

posizione a soli 10 minuti dal centro, colazione abbondante e varia, pulizia, cortesia - la struttura per me è una vecchia casa ristrutturata che ha mantenuto l'originalità e l'ambiente familiare

il pagamento anticipato richiesto all'arrivo e il tentativo di addebitare la carta di credito al momento della prenotazione - chiedete una camera che non sia al seminterrato

It was comfortable, clean and cosy

The reception. The did not have our reservation and the attitude of the woman was apalling. We were made to feel that we should be grateful that they could accommodate us for 2 nights. We had to change rooms the following day so could not relax or unpack. There was no apology or offer of anything to make the asituation any better. her attitude was digraceful and then they had the cheek to try and charge me 4% on top of my bill to pay by debit card which does not state anywhere on your email that this is the case.

Excellent location near Leidsplein - the vibrant part of Amsterdam. Easy to get to from Schiphol by bus (370 or 197).

A little bit of a walk from the bus drop off (about 5-10 minutes) makes it cumbersome with baggage.

The location, trams nearby,cleanliness of room,breakfast, 24hours reception and luggage storing.

The toilet had a bad smell sometimes and the room we booked turned out to be located in the basement!

The hotel is very good located. It's a nice hotel in a quiet street. And they have a nice garden. Leidse Plein is 5 minutes walking. We are next to te Vondelpark, museums and everything is walkingdistance. The hotel is very clean, which is for me very important. The staff is very nice and helpfull.

I was my first visit to Amsterdam, the hotel is located in a very quiet street just minutes from the Leidseplein. Behind the property you can find the museums, such Van Gogh and Rijks. Rooms were clean and the staff very helpfull. At the square you can take the bus that takes you to the airport ask the staff for the numbers. As well I was in luck with the Hot deal room price.

Simple clean approach offering a good range of basic services.
