Mr Alexander was very nice; however his assistant was not very helpful when we had a situation with bed bugs; he did not believe us until he personally saw the bugs. To get upstairs is dangerous and no user friendly; anybody with limitations can not negociatate this stairs; there are dangerous and probably illegal. No even mention elderly people; forget it. We had to change apartments for the bed bugs situation. Please do not send elderly people or people with disabilities; for backpackers it maybe a good dea;; it was not for us. |

The Kitchen was handy, good location. Bed was a fold-out, and broken. Kitchen utensils were all dirty, tiny cramped room, misleading in location as there are actually 4 different places you could end up staying, 4 of the steepest flights of stairs i have seen so far in Europe. |

Apartment was nice!! But the staff put me off it! The staff we're ignorant and rude! When we got there they didn't even hav us booked in after they already sent us our booking confirmation! |

The appartment was close, but not to close to the hustle & bustle of the city. The building was freshly renovated, the place overall good, fully equiped. Also, I would like to recommend the friendly and reliable staff: we have left there a luggage with some expensive stuff and they had been very helpful to get our luggage back. The staircase is just typical for the dutch houses - so take a big breath before you start to bring up your luggage. |

The really central location and the friendly staff. The bathroom as well as the kitchen where quite dirty. The windows did not open. |

атмосфера городской квартиры в окружении коренных жителей балконная дверьнашего номера на 3 этаже не имела ограждающих решеток . было страшно открывать...хотя может это так принято в амстердаме.:) |

Nichts! Es handelt sich hierbei auch nicht um ein Hotel. Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Appartement von Alexander übernachtet und uns dann schnellstmöglich ein Hotel gesucht. Das Appartement war mit billigsten, alten (Flohmarkt-)Möbeln vollgestopft (Stühle wackelten). Die Küche war dreckig (z. B. Schimmel in der Spülmaschine) und schlecht ausgerüstet (wenig Geschirr, 2 alte Töpfe). Auf dem Balkon lagerte Bauabfall. |

事前に到着時間を必ず知らせるようにとのことで知らせておいたにも関わらず、到着したらアパートのバス、トイレ、キッチンは全く掃除されていない状況（３０分ほど待たされその間に掃除していました）、部屋もほこりやクモの巣かあり、とても不潔で気持ち悪かった。 |
