it was a good value for money. the location was pretty good

1. there was a mouse in our room; 2. there was a leak on the roof; 3. the room was dirty (carpets were not clean);

The studio apartment is in residential area just east of the city centre; frequent city buses go past it. It did not feel like a hotel-a good thing for us.

Location was ok for our needs, but it was no where near the location noted on the booking website. The noted location was for the office, and this particular apartment was in the opposite direction. Someone picking based on location may be disappointed.

Away from the hustle and bustle.

This apt did not feature in the web photos and I now know why. Damp smell, filthy carpet, had to wash kettle, toast etc before use as dirty. Leak from upstairs, smell of damp, mousetrap in kitchen, filthy kitchen floor, smelly toilet/shower room that was cupboard size. Beds are foldaway beds and broken and wobbly. Budget should not mean dirty. The place gave me the heebie jeebies and I am still scratching at the thought of it!

Mr Alexander was very nice; however his assistant was not very helpful when we had a situation with bed bugs; he did not believe us until he personally saw the bugs.

To get upstairs is dangerous and no user friendly; anybody with limitations can not negociatate this stairs; there are dangerous and probably illegal. No even mention elderly people; forget it. We had to change apartments for the bed bugs situation. Please do not send elderly people or people with disabilities; for backpackers it maybe a good dea;; it was not for us.

A fuir ! Avant l'arrivée, nous avons été prévenus que nous logerions dans un autre appartement que celui prévu, ceci sans nous demander notre avis. En entrant dans l'immeuble, nous avons été surpris par la propreté des lieux qui laissait plutôt à désirer avec un couloir empestant l'urine et / ou les excréments de chien! En entrant dans l'appartement, nous avons été stupéfaits de son état : fenêtre impossible à fermer, moquette maculée de taches, rideaux dépendus, aspirateur laissé au milieu de la pièce, vaisselle sale rangée dans les placards... Nous avons tenté de contacter l'hôtel sans succès!! En résumé : ils appâtent avec de belles photos d'appartements mais c'est une arnaque totale !!!

Endroit calme, proche du centre ville

Très belle décoration. idéal pour un séjour en plein centre ville d'Amsterdam, en famille (difficile de trouver un hôtel pour + d'un enfant et un couple), ou avec des amis. C'est un appartement avec plusisuers chambres séparées, avec un lavabo pour chacune ; douche commune pour l'ensemble de l'appartement. A recommander ++++

propreté : ce serait mieux d'enlever la poussière sous les lits et tapis, mais ce n'est pas gênant pour juste une nuit.

L'emplacement

Arrivés à 14h, on nous a fait attendre 45 mn pour avoir l"appatement en nous prétextant que les horaires étaient bien spécifiés entre 14 et 18 h. Il a fallut payer un supplément pour paiement en Carte de crédit ! Surprise ! L'appart était sale, pas 3 chambres mais 2 chambres plus salon salle à manger. Et la salle de bains se résume à une douche.

Gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige, zentrale Lage und die gute Ausstattung der Küche, die auch sehr schön hell war. Mr Alexander war gleich zur Stelle, als es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser gab.

Der Kleiderschrank war so alt und verzogen, dass sich die Schiebetüren kaum öffnen ließen. Das Apartment müsste mindestens eine gute Grundreinigung bekommen, wenn nicht vollständig renoviert werden.
