Proximity to the city center (you can go to dam square still walking). Confortable beds. Friendly staff.

price too high in relation to the quality of the room (e.g. channels tv only in duch). Room very little (two luggage in room and it was full). Bathroom very little. No hall in the hotel (there is only a desk for the check in and check out and further there are the rooms).

Very very small roms!!!!! Carpet was filthy!!!!!!! No shampoo to use in the morning!!!Carpet was very very dirty!!!!!!!! Wuld not recommend staying there unless you were desperate!!!! No coffee makers, no clock radio small old tube T.V. paid 580 Euros for three nights rip off!!!!!!!!

Pretty good place altogether. Always a friendly face on the desk - great location - nice and quiet in a room overlooking gardens at back - comfortable bed. Will go again.

reasonable price for a hotel room in central Amsterdam.

The room was very cramped. The carpet had several large stains and should have been replaced long ago.

The hotel is not very far from the city center.

The room is very small. The same thing with the bathroom. The lightning is very poor. They took from me additional fee 9 euro motivating as a city tax.

Great location & public transport -tram stop right outside hotel, great bar opposite open till late. staff at the hotel were friendly & very helpful & I look to going back very soon.

Double room of the hotel was the cheapest one we found for NY. We liked location (bike rent in 5 minutes walk, lots of cafeterias and supermarket (!!)), window just above the bed (we lived on mansard), no street noise.

Poor internet connection and small standard rooms because of mansard roof.

Not very much, but we wernt expecting the world.

We had a view of the yard to the rear which had sanitary towels, beers bottles and general rubbish scattered about it. The staff tried to over charge us £300 on arrival. Good job I took a copy of our booking to correct them. Our rooms were still dirty from previous occupants when we checked in. They did sort this out quickly.

4% extra fee if payment by card, payment mandatory the first day, obligation to sign papers that customer liable for any damage in room and so on. However room dirty, small, bathroom extremely small, small old tv, furnitures damaged. Absolutely no value for money. If you want to spend a good WE in Amsterdam, avoid this hotel.
