Generally, the hotel was average in service but I like the location which was not far from the center and close to the metro station. The break fast was total not good. I recommend again to evaluate it and if not improved cancel the break fast will be much better. |

I liked everything, maybe because I had such a great time in Amsterdam. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was cute and clean, the bathroom was very clean and quite large. The breakfast had everything I needed. The location is excellent: metro and tram station just 2 min from hotel, the very centre is about a 20 min walk, just nearby there is a supermatket and the neighbourhood is quiet. |

No matter who was working, the staff were always very friendly during my 6 nights there. They arranged pick up and drop off laundry service with the local cleaners which was nice. It was only a few hundred feet from both a tram and metro/underground stop which made it very easy to get anywhere. It was advertised that free wireless internet is available. This is not the case. You must purchase access codes. A 10 hour access code costs 15 euros, but there are lower priced cards available also. |

I chose the hotel for location close to friend I was visiting, it was a very clean and pleasing hotel with polite friendly staff. The lighting in the room could do to be brighter, but this is the case of most hotels |

My room was clean and quiet. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. My room was a bit too small. There was no toilet brush. Only two towels. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The web entry about the hotel was honest. For example, they gave an accurate picture of how far the hotel is from the centre (in fact access to the centre was fine on metro, and even when we had to walk back one night it was only twenty minutes. On the metro access to the centre was very rapid. The hotel was clean, and the decor was as depicted on the website. The shower room with toilet, though small, was clean and functional. |

Good location - close to metro station. Breakfast room too small - have to book table in advance. Food not properly replenished. Not good selection. Staff not very friendly - I was asked to pay my room in cash and in advance! |

Unbeatable price, excellent staff and good bedrooms. A bit out of the beaten path but right above metro and tram. A total bargain for amsterdam!!! Some rooms facing on the street can be noisy but that's not the rule. |

Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly. Hotel in very good condition, new or renovated. Room turned out to be in the basement. It was alright for a short stay and the room was nice and clean, but this information should be given when booking. Breakfast was very basic. |

Well located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for several directions and informations, and they were very interested on providing the best answers. Room is extremely small. Since it was summer, we were toasting inside the room despite the efforts of the small ventilator. |

The Hotel located is a quiet area, near Metro station (one of my big resons of selecting this hotel), although we used it only twice (in and back to AMS's train station). Money per Value, good equation... Their bathrooms are very small for an average sizes... |

near the 3rd metro station from the central, not far but quiet (except noise of tram, if you sleep in frontside room). friendly and helpful staff. they have a lift, so we didn't need to clime up steep stairs. they have a boiling pot, but no coffee/tea. I found a supermarket, two coffee shops, some bars, a local fastfood shop, a few restaurants nearby. Most of them are near the campus of Amsterdam University or the metro station. 10minutes walk to the zoo. and some restaurants there, too. poor air ventilation, simple breakfast (although it includs price), unreasonable price as same as most of hotels in Amsterdam, you should ask a second key to keep a fridge work. |
