Hotel Allure    

The staff is extremely friendly, and the room (and specially bathroom) is clean and spacious.

The Wifi provided by the hotel is not very good. It's not free and still disconnects from time to time (often for several minutes).

Very friendly staff. Hotel is located in a very quiet place. I would recommend this hotel if you looks for a good,not expensive hotel. Very convenient if you travel by car as there are a lot of parking places near the hotel.

You need to use train or metro to return to the hotel, as it's situated quite far from the Dam square.

I like the hotel very much, why?, because the interior, nice.Like a new hotel.

The location, for those who first time in Amsterdam and try to find the hotel location very difficult...and the signboard too little...

This hotel is only 3 stops away from central station (5mins on metro) we arrived very early at were able to check it at 10am although check in is not until 2pm with no extra cost. Staff are extremely friendly and the room was very clean. This is my second time staying in this hotel and i would highly recommend it.

It was extremely handy and very good value for money,even though we booked at the last minute. Friendly, helpful staff and a very clean room. Others have said the room was small but it was perfectly adequate and stylish.

Very friendly family consisting of Yi & Jin. They were extremely helpful & always ready with their tips. Highly recommended. Very well reachable with the Metro/Tram/Bus.

The rooms were a bit small, but managable.

The hotel was in the city , but at a nice quiet distance , it had the metro link and tram line 2 mins away that took you all over and the zoo and nice places to eat just round the corner perfect location and place

Great location with brilliant access to tram and metro. Walking distance to the Hermitage Museum where we saw the Van Gogh exhibition and the zoo. We were only there 2 nights but the sheets and towels were changed after the first night which I didn't expect. The room was very compact as was the bathroom but as we were literally just in it to sleep it was no issue to us and what we expected. The room was very modern with a large flat screen TV. There was an electronic safe in the wardrobe which could be used free. The shower was always warm and powerful. The hair-dryer didn't work but we told reception and were given a replacement immediately for the duration of the stay. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful

There is a kettle and cups but no tea/coffee/milk, would have been nice if these were supplied.

The Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

This had to be one of the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in. I could hear people trampling up and down the stairs and hallway all night.

Clean, bright good-sized room. No-nonsense service including facility to leave bags on checkout day at no extra charge. Very good value for money.

There were facilities or making tea/coffee, but I had to ask at reception for those items which were dispensed one at a time. No apparent attempt was made to quiet down an English couple who enjoying their stay, but loudly. It didn't keep me awake, but if you want guaranteed quiet this may not be the place for you.

I am a budget traveler. I didn't like anything in this hotel other than 2 chaps in the reception. The reviews for this hotel was unfair.

I am extremely upset with the hotel facilities and location. Following are my observations - the rooms are very small and you could hardly move around - the internet is 4 eur/day and can only connect one device. The internet connection is poor - the hotel had good amount of stairs to get in and out. This is not great if you have heavy luggage or child pram - Rooms had thin walls and the wall paint was cracked at many places - I have not seen a toilet as small as that ever in my life. Yes the floor is flooded after you bath - The breakfast is 10 eur/person and is worst among my recent experiences - Finally the location is far from Amsterdam central and not convenient if you do not have car

No Internet servise at allllll!!! They will charge you for it and give you password and user name which will be disconnected every 2 min The fair is high comparing to the hotel

Very clean and modern. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. Nothing really to fault considering it wasn't a 5 star hotel. It was perfect for a 3 stars, nothing that upset us!

Maybe more food facilities, only had one vending machine and no hairdryer :-p

We Stayed in room 306 which was a fantastic room.Very clean and modern.The breakfast was also very Good and the staff very nice and helpful.

Room was to a nice standard. It was very clean ans liked the extras of a fridge, tissues, hairdryer and alarm clock. Staff were very helpful when asked for advice about travel and trips.

cost location cleanliness

added cost for wifi, also wifi kept dropping. In 2013 wifi should be considered like a toilet or bed, not something you pay extra for.

The beds were very comfy. The rooms were spacious. Shower was lovely and hot. Staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. Very good value for money
