The staff were very friendly and helpful -- the owner even insisted on carrying one of our suitcases up the infamous staircase! The room was spacious and clean with modern shower and toilet, warm beds and lots of natural light. The buffet breakfast provided was of excellent quality too, with lots of fresh produce and a generous selection of hot and cold drinks to go with the usual fare. The hotel is located on a nondescript street that's ten minutes by tram to central station, Dam square, and the museum district; if you absolutely must be right where the action is this hotel is not for you, but if ten minutes in a tram won't kill you and you like a quiet, comfortable night's sleep this place is the best in the price range. |

Very friendly staff, we were able to get our room a few hours early, the beds were very comfortable and the room even had a balcony. We faced a quiet backyard and the only noise at night was the occasional 'pling' from tram. Would definitely stay here again! We were unable to turn off the radiator at night and when showering there was some water coming out of the drains on the bathroom floor. |

Good sized room, friendly and helpful staff, tram stops in all directions in very close proximity. The room was very noisy as only single glazed and overlooking the main road which was busy at all hours. The blinds were not very good and let a lot of light through. There needs to be curtains to block out the light. Thank goodness for earplugs and eyemasks!! |

It's a pity, but nothing. It's not in the center, as declared in information, 25 min by foot. The dooble room is 3 square meters, it's immpossible to leave there two. |

The rooms were attractive and well furnished with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked 2 rooms indicating that we were travelling with our children. Despite over a month's advance notice the hotel could only accommodate us on the 1st and 4th floors. Rooms closer together would have been better. |

Breakfast was lovely. Good choice and plenty to eat. Rooms were modern and clean with plenty of facilities including sink, cooker and fridge, lcd tv, jacuzzi bath. Beds were comfortable and the standards of cleanliness were very high. Although it was not a problem for us the hotel is not serviced by a lift and the stairs are quite steep so may not suit everyone. |

The changing of towels and staff providing bottles of water everyday made the stay more comfortable and showed attention to detail. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was situated in an excellent location with easy access to transport into the centre. |
