Standard of cleanliness was very high and hotel staff all spoke English Rooms are basic, for example no tea/coffee facility. Also no car park - this was clear on the information supplied on website but we had not expected Dutch car park fees to be so different from UK (cost about 30 euros for 24 hours) |

Echo previous comments re great location. The lift did not smell on 4th September 2008. Because I had top floor room overlooking square, could not sleep until after 4am because of loud carousing below all night. Thursday to Saturday nights would have this problem. Avoid front rooms if you want to sleep. Otherwise ok. |

The location was ideal The outside noise was at times unbearable. Do the church bells need to go off every half an hour during the middle of the night?! |

Central location & only a short train ride to Cental Amsterdam. Nice dinning room & views over the town square. For the price the room was quite small & fairly basic. The lift ponged of cat!! |

Charming, convenient location. Good price. Good basic accommodations -- not fancy nor luxurious, but good value for money. Very quiet. It was exactly what we were looking for. |
