The hosts are superb people. Very accomodating, friendly and efficient. The accomodations are first rate. Our stay at this hotel was pure pleasure. |

Everything, especially the room (Lighthouse) Breakfast was ascetic, but that is understandable, this being an apartment hotel so you have a proper fridge and a kitchenette on your disposal. |

Excellent location, right in the centre of Scheveningen and close to all the local amenities, transport, shops, beach, bars and casinos. A lovely period building, furnished to a high standard. |

The location is exellent. The tram is just 2 min away, the wonderful beach 5 min walking distance. Very good breakfast, helpful staff wich actually feels like family after a cople of days.The owners is extremely helpful and sweet and they have managed to create a very special atmosphere at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and we will certainly come back to stay at this beautiful hotel. |

Location is very good, reception know very well about the area and gave many valuable suggestions. There is no lift, we had to carry our suitcase to the top floor. The sign of the hotel is not very obvious. After 10pm, there will be no answear from the reception, better to ask in advance. |

The location is great. Great transport links. Hotel was modern and soundproof. No free parking around hotel. Had to park car, about a 10minute walk away from hotel. Parking in "pay-and-display" outside hotel costs 2 euro an hour (from 10am to midnight). We stayed in the apartment with kitchenette, there was a noisy ventilation fan which you could hear all the time. Stairs were very steep. |

We were very impressed with the owners, staff, location, transportation in the area, and the building itself. The accomodations were far nicer than what we imagined. The building was in excellent shape and was well cared for. There was a sense of family with the staff and owners. Everyone went out of their way to be accomidating and helpful to make our stay as pleasant as possible. |

Good location, spacious room, modern yet traditional decor. Friendly staff. The hotel is situated right next to a church, the church bells ring every half an hour - all the time. No 24 hour reception. No air-con so windows must be kept open in summer. No wireless bb per description. |

Een hartelijke ontvangst met keuze uit verschillende mooie kamers. Allemaal ingericht in oude stijl, maar zeer proper en smaakvol ingericht. Heerlijk om dicht bij de zee tot rust te komen. |

De sfeer die het hotel uitstraalt en de ligging er van. Door het grote aantal trappen (en het ontbreken van een lift) is het hotel niet aan te raden voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn. |

Durch die historische Bausubstanz sehr individuell, das Apartment im unteren Glockenturm war ruhig und verfügte über eine kleine abgeteilte Küche (gebucht war lediglich eine Deluxe-Doppelzimmer). |

Kleinschalig opgezet, komt heel vriendelijk over. Dichtbij circustheater (om de hoek), kleine 10 minuten van het strand. Degelijk ontbijt in een kleine ruimte. Hotelkamer netjes, mooie douche, precies wat iemand nodig heeft. Wij zijn per ongeluk in de verkeerde kamer techt gekomen, maar binnen 2 dagen heeft de hotelier ons opgebeld en het allemaal netjes afgewikkeld. Dat vind ik wel zeer positief. En voor de prijzen hoef je dit hotel niet te laten, want dat was zeer schappelijk. Ga er volgende keer zeker weer heen. |

we mochten eerder op de kamer, fijne grote kamer, tram vlak voor de deur, heel aardig personeel die ons ruim voorzag van schone handdoeken veel omgevingslawaai van schrewende hangjongeren , geen airco en weinig ramen die open konden kamer was wel erg warm m.n. 's nachts was dat niet aangenaam, gold ook voor de ontbijtruimte, internet niet op de kamer wat wel in de beschrijving stond , ook geen video en geen koffiezetapparaat op de kamer wel volgens beschrijving |

We hadden een mooie ruime en schone kamer. De oude kenmerken van het gebouw zijn goed bewaard gebleven. Zeer sfeervol. De check in was rommelig. Daar je bij aankomst aan moet bellen en het even duurde voordat de gastvrouw bij de deur was. Zorgde voor wat verwarring. |
