スタッフがとても親切だった。部屋の設備がとても良い。当方は家族3人で宿泊したが、部屋は広々としていて- 気持ちよく滞在できた。ホテル周辺は静かだが近くににぎやかなスパイ広場とトラムの停留所もあるので市内観- 光にも便利なホテルです。 快適には過ごせますが、バスルームはとても狭いです。 |

運河が見える部屋で清潔で快適でした。古い商館をきれいにリフォームしてあり、クーラーもあり、趣のある部- 屋でよかったのですが、エレベーターはあるものの、狭い階段を上り下りする必要があるので、スーツケースの- 方は大変だと思います。位置的には主な観光地の中間にあり、まわりにはレストランも多くてよかったです。 |

運河に面しており環境も良く”アムステルダム”と言う雰囲気があるホテルである。小型ホテルの良い面が味わ- えました。このホテルの朝食は価格も良心的でオススメです。朝食の部屋は窓を通して運河が見える。10テー- ブル位でこじんまりとしており内装も良く落ち着いて食事が出来る。基本はビュッフェ形式だけれどコーヒーの- みならずパン、チーズ、サラダ等を席に運んでくれる。卵料理も注文すれば厨房で作り運んでくれる。オムレツ- を注文すると円盤形の玉子焼きだったのはびっくりした。 |

Very good location, nice staff, the only drawbacks are that the rooms are very small -- this is common in Amsterdam -- but a bit more space would be nice, and there is not sufficient storage space. |

Excellent location. Small, quiet and uncrowded. Free wired internet. Lovely breakfast (a bit expensive, but not by local standards). Good balance between traditional canalhouse architecture and modern comfort. Wireless internet was rather patchy. |

This was a beautiful hotel with all the ammenities you could ask for. The staff could not do enough, even wisking some roses I bought out of my hands and bringing them up to my room in a beautiful chrystal vase. No tipping allowed! Location was perfect for getting to the sites, yet on a quiet canal street. We were also able to buy tickets to museums and boats etc. right there. Would Highly reccomend. |

The Ambassade Hotel has a very central yet quiet location in the Amsterdam city center, beautiful rooms and a very kind staff who pointed us to the just right places for the night. We were a party of three adults to spent the weekend and the room was just the right size. Would definitely do it again! |

The location was central without being located on a busy main thoroughfare. Room was very comfortable and with beautiful furnishings and lovely bed linens. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were too few towels and those we had were quite small. |

24 hr staff availability the bicycles!!! oh my goodness, i haven't ridden a bike without handbrakes since i was 8 years old. its a pity that a good quality hotel should have such ancient and undesirable bikes. my son and i rented them from the hotel, intending to use them for several days, but brought them back after only 2 hours. Certainly not in keeping with the caliber of the rest of your organization. |
