You feel very welcom: the staff is friendly, helpfull and professional. The room was beautiful, the bed was very good as well, the shower was working perfectly. We have had a good sleep, were too late for breakfast, but for about the same price we have gotten a lovely lunch. My forgotten GSM was found and sent to me back next day. I didnt find any hair-dryer. |

Went to dinner at Bali Breeze and Fouquet. Saw the tulips in Lisse and Keukenhof. Wonderful visit. Great location and free parking! The hotel staff was always courteous and helpful. |

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. The room (after a pricey upgrade) was clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located near the city center. The standard room oferred on the internet was below my standards (too noisy and cramped). I needed to pay extra for an upgrade and that made the trip too expensive. |

The front desk phoned us once we went to our room just to ask if everything was to our wishes they automatically charged us for 2 breakfasts, when I specifically indicated when booking via your site that we do not want breakfast |

Dame op zaterdagavond moest andere klanten laten wachten kwam wat vreemd over hoe ze dit overbracht. Dame op zondagochtend was erg aardig zij vroeg of we alsnog een croissantje mee wilde hebben We hadden geboekt via booking.com maar waren niet te vinden in het systeem waardoor we even iets langer moesten wachten. We wisten ook niet dat het ontbijt inclusief was dus hebben ook niet ontbeten |

Ligt vlak bij het Panorama Mesdag waar wij een feest hebben gegeven!! Twee minuten loop afstand!! Vriendelijk en voorkomend personeel. Lawaai van de straat was s'nachts goed te horen!! Dubbel glas zou al heel helpend zijn!! |

Dit hotel is ideaal gelegen om Den Haag te bezoeken, je kan alles op loopafstand bereiken, tegelijkertijd is haar ligging rustig en residentieel. Extra pluspuntje is het restaurant van het hotel, heerlijke keuken. |

On a aimé la situation de l'hôtel tout près du centre, le charmant petit salon eu rez-de-chausée avec cheminée et le confort des chambres avec baignoire et douche, la literie était aussi superbe. L'ensemble est bien tenu mais les années qui passent commencent aussi à se faire sentir sur l'ensemble du mobilier! Le petit déjeuner à 22 euros c'est un peu excessif! |
