Cancellation
If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 42 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Just 150 metres away from the apartments, there is an indoor swimming pool ‘De Golfslag’ which features a 25-metre pool and various water slides and water based activities – a particular favourite with younger visitors.
The island boasts numerous cycling paths and atop a bicycle is an ideal way of exploring the island. There is a bike rental shop just 100 metres from the apartment complex.

Please also be advised that the hotel does not accept credit card payment and requires a deposit by bank transfer. The guidelines for this payment will be provided by Amelander Paradijs after making your booking.
