El tracte ha estat molt bo per part del personal i com que està en una zona molt cèntrica, tot està molt proper i quasi no cal agafar el tranvia per a res. Realment no hi ha res que no m'hagi agradat de l'hotel o que m'hagi deixat un mal regust de boca. |

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They booked a few reservations at restaurants for us and were quick to follow up. |

hotel was OK. Not as luxurious as one would expect for its reputation, but fair. Location is very nice. But was expecting a little more luxury. Some of us stayed in refurbished rooms, which are nicer. Rate was OK. Hotel phone is absurdly expensive, as is wifi Internet. Should review this, especially the internet. |

It was an excellent location close to most things we wanted to see. It was clean, comfortable and friendly staff who helped with any question we had. no but we did ask for preference of a smoking room with balcony but we didn't get it, however our room was lovely with large opening window |

Location, cleanliness Consierge wasn't able to suggest any local food restaurant based on her experience (the only one suggested she didn't know herself). Internet acces is being charged for before logging in and after it - all together around 2,5 minutes extra. This is not fair. Check out time is 12 noon. We paid around 10.30 and hotel have turned off the tv immediately although we still were in the room waiting for the taxi. It was strange. I wouldn't come back to this hotel because it treated us like... unreliable students who can make trouble. |

The hotel is very central and therefore it is easy to take trams to various parts of the city. The rooms booked by us were very dark and therefore it was very difficult to read. Also rooms on the first floor, overlooking the road suffer from a great deal of street noise. Unfortunately on the 2 mornings we were there roadworks began very early in the morning. |

The hotels central location was ideal for accessing most of the cities main attractions. Our room was spacious and catered well for our 6 month old baby. It had a lovely bar area overlooking the water feature infront of the hotel. Drinks were qute expensive. |

if you want to have a perfect stay in Amsterdam, you should consider Eden American as the best hotel you can choose. a perfect hotel by all means. Great location, Great building and rooms and views. very friendly staff and good value for money. Keep it up |

The beds were very comfortable and the location right in the centre of Amsterdam was perfect. The room (422) we stayed in was smaller than expected given the cost. We had to get out of bed to switch the lights off as there were no bedside lamps or switches near the bed. |

The location was excellent! We got the chance to stay in a very nice room with a king sized bed and a beautiful view to a cannal. The room was very confortable! Didn't have a toillete brush and the floor had a strange brown spot on the carpet. |

Location is perfect, staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The bar has a lovely decor. On the value for money front, this hotel is a bit of a let down, eg. 20 euros for a breakfast that was a pitiful shambles (hardly touched any of it as a consequence), certain room service items ordered that weren't available and hence replaced by other items. Also, though the general services provided are OK, they are not up to scratch for a hotel of this supposed standard: when you hang out the specially provided notice ("to help save the environment") saying "I'm sleeping in, my room is still clean and doesn't need to be cleaned, just leave my fresh towels at the door", you do not expect to be woken up by a phone call from housekeeping asking "if you want them to clean your room"..... |

The hotel was very attractive and has a history, it was clean, and the location was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff. We had a room with a balcony and enjoyed that. We were not able to take advantage of the hotel buffet breakfast as it seemed quite expensive! However, that is partially due to the decreased value of the American dollar. |

Location was ideal situated in the biggest square in Amsterdam, Staff helpful and security conscious. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. No Parking. Although, the hotel is on the border of the inner-city, so only two streets away there is free parking on a Sunday. A saving of €50 |
