Eden Amsterdam American Hotel

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό του είναι αρκετά καλό. Η εξυπηρέτηση γενικά ήταν ξενοδοχείου μεταξύ 3 και 4 αστέρων και όχι απολύτως 4 αστέρων όπως είναι το συγκεκριμένο.

Στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου δεν υπήρχε υπάλληλος για βοήθεια με τις αποσκευές αν και υπάρχουν σκαλιά. Το πρωινό δεν δικαιολογεί την τιμή του. Το american cafe δεν λειτουργεί όπως διαφημίζεται. Τα δωμάτια είναι σχετικά μικρά αλλά αυτό είναι ούτως ή άλλως ένα πρόβλημα στο Αμστερνταμ.

The location is perfect and we had no need to use public transport because of the hotel's location. It was very quiet and the room was perfect.

Great location. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice big, clean room. We had a room for 3 and the extra bed was off in a little alcove on its own.

Excellent hotel, fantastic room right on the main canal and a few only footsteps away from the main square (Leidseplein/Bulldog Bar etc) where there is always something going on, couldn't fault it...

Not specific to the hotel, but worth noting that when double checking address late the night before departure, very nearly got the Eden Amsterdam American Hotel mixed up the Eden Hotel Amsterdam which are two completely different hotels, although part of the same group, a fair walk apart we noticed too....therefore it might be worth Booking.com making a note of this for other people...

Very comfortable room for 2 people with a lovely view of the canal. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We were shocked that the fee to use the WiFi was 22 euros/day!! That is incredibly overpriced for simple access to the internet. We were forced to sit in pot hazed "coffee" houses so that my significant other could conduct business back in the us.

Comfortable room, sauna and gym available. Location perfect for sightseeing in Amsterdam.

The Eden Amsterdam American Hotel is ideally located for exploring Amsterdam, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

At the weekend there was a lot of late night traffic noise which made it difficult to sleep.

Excellent location, beautiful building, great breakfast, very large and comfortable room, very clean, quiet room on the canal side.

Staff was impatient when I asked for clarification about the final bill (but staff was in general very nice). Business center computers were slow, too expensive, and dropped the internet connection.

The friendilness of the hotel staff was excellent. The food was excellent quality. The size and comfort of the bed, in the superior room that we booked, was fantastic! the location was great close to everything but yet felt very safe / good area.

The only thing you could find fault with would be that some of the paint work needed to be touched up. Also would suggest that some milk be provided in the room with the tea and coffee. the price of the breakfast is offputting but then Amsterdam as a whole is expensive for food/drink.
