Szobánként és naponta 90 EUR-t zároltak a hitelkártyán a lehetséges minibár-fogyasztás és telefonhasználat miatt. 2 szobát foglaltunk 4 éjszakára, a szállást előre kifizettük. Sem fogyasztásunk, sem telefonálásunk nem volt, de a zárolást nem oldották fel, csak 2 hét múlva automatikusan oldódott fel. A honlappal ellentétben, a szobák nem a térre vagy a csatornára néztek, hanem a mellettünk lévő ház falára.

Excellent location, beautiful building, great breakfast, very large and comfortable room, very clean, quiet room on the canal side.

Staff was impatient when I asked for clarification about the final bill (but staff was in general very nice). Business center computers were slow, too expensive, and dropped the internet connection.

no club sandwich on the menu---a very minor complaint.

The friendilness of the hotel staff was excellent. The food was excellent quality. The size and comfort of the bed, in the superior room that we booked, was fantastic! the location was great close to everything but yet felt very safe / good area.

The only thing you could find fault with would be that some of the paint work needed to be touched up. Also would suggest that some milk be provided in the room with the tea and coffee. the price of the breakfast is offputting but then Amsterdam as a whole is expensive for food/drink.

I found the Hotel to be very charming and the rooms are very nice the only thing I found was the breakfast was a bit over priced besides that I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there again.

Perfect location in the town , roomy bedroom, 24/24 hrs restaurant room service .

The bathroom wasn't very clean and didn't offer a good selection of beauty products ( only soap and shower gel ) - I had to ask for extra towels every day . Receptionist gave me a couple of wrong info but, in overall, the staff was friendly and well trained .

The location is ideal for exploringthe city. It has a warm old fashioned feel. The de luxe rooms with balconies are well worth the extra few euro.

The location is ideal for everything I wanted to do. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Some of the rooms are very dark and gloomy and the bathrooms are very small.

Very clean, very nice service, excellent.

The sensor on the mini bar in the room, you could not remove any bottles from the fridge to look at them,without being charged.

We booked for several rooms, One room was very very small and smelled stuffy. Hotel receptionist was quick to give negative answer to my query and later corrected by another staff who took the trouble to verify my room specification in the booking on the computer.
