お湯沸し器が備えてつけてあり、自由に紅茶などが飲めるように手配してあったのはよかった。ベッドも広々と- してよかった 窓を開けるとエアコンが消えるシステムになっていたり、温度調節をしても自動的に一定の温度にあがったりし- た。全体的に部屋が暗かった。ベッドは寝心地は悪くなかったが、高かった。 |

雰囲気のある良いホテルで、観光をする際も立地のよさに助けられた。歴史あるホテルなので、建物内部や調度- 品の少々の傷みは目をつぶるべきです。 朝食が高すぎる。あと、部屋が狭かったので、荷物の整理がしにくかった。冷蔵庫はあるのだが物を入れる余裕- はなく、中のものを触ってしまうと料金をとられてしまうので注意。（チェックアウトの際、「触ってしまった- が何も飲んでいない」と説明したら分かってくれましたが） |

ロケーションは良い。 フロントの女性スタッフのうち非常に無愛想で喧嘩腰の人がいたので印象が悪い。忙しいのは判るがホスピタリ- ティーのかけらも無し。このホテルには二度と泊まらないだろう。 |

とても立地の良い所で徒歩で比較的にどこでも行けました。朝までやってるクラブとかあり賑やかな所で時差ぼ- けしていて見ていて楽しかった。部屋はベットが大きくその分少し狭いと感じましたが快適過ごせました。バー- などの調度品が素敵でした。 |

運河の発着所やトラムも目の前、また、美術館や大型スーパーも徒歩圏内と非常に便利でした。スタッフの対応- もとても親切で良かったです。 歴史ある建物のせいか、部屋や廊下に歩くとギシギシ響く場所もあった。また、人によってはトラムの通りに面- した部屋の音が気になるかもしれません。ステンドグラスのとても素敵な2重窓でしたが・・・。 |

立地も良く、部屋も綺麗で広々。とても快適でした。スタッフの方々もとても親切です。あとはスリッパ等アメ- ニティグッズがもう少し充実していれば言うことなしだと思いました。 朝食が高すぎ（基本料金だけで約20ユーロ、フルセットだと約40ユーロ。高すぎて利用するのをやめました- ）。 |

部屋は狭かったが、広いバルコニーがついている分、圧迫感が軽減されてよかった。家具（特に椅子類）のセン- スが非常にいい。 |

Quiet room, excellently located, friendly helpful and informed staff. Compared to the last time we dined at this hotel, the menu has been reduced dramatically. We woiuld not dine there again. |

Excellent location, beautiful building, great breakfast, very large and comfortable room, very clean, quiet room on the canal side. Staff was impatient when I asked for clarification about the final bill (but staff was in general very nice). Business center computers were slow, too expensive, and dropped the internet connection. |

The friendilness of the hotel staff was excellent. The food was excellent quality. The size and comfort of the bed, in the superior room that we booked, was fantastic! the location was great close to everything but yet felt very safe / good area. The only thing you could find fault with would be that some of the paint work needed to be touched up. Also would suggest that some milk be provided in the room with the tea and coffee. the price of the breakfast is offputting but then Amsterdam as a whole is expensive for food/drink. |

I found the Hotel to be very charming and the rooms are very nice the only thing I found was the breakfast was a bit over priced besides that I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there again. just the price of the Breakfast. |

Helpfulness of staff. Location of hotel - central for tourists with ease of transport around Amsterdam and on bus route (No 197) direct to/from Schipol ( fantastic value at 3 euros pp ). Art-deco cafe/restaurant quite a feature of hotel. |

Perfect location in the town , roomy bedroom, 24/24 hrs restaurant room service . The bathroom wasn't very clean and didn't offer a good selection of beauty products ( only soap and shower gel ) - I had to ask for extra towels every day . Receptionist gave me a couple of wrong info but, in overall, the staff was friendly and well trained . |
