bine amplasat, acces usor la orice punct din zona turistica, personal amabil, curatenie mic dejun foarte scump, mi s-a retinut o garantie substantiala care s-a promis ca se va restitui dupa week-end, dar nu a fost restituita nici dupa 10 zile |

Personalul de la receptie foarte serviabil, Asternuturile foarte pufoase, baia bine dotata, curatenie. da. La un hotel de 4* ar trebui sa existe si halat de baie, papuci de casa si fereastra camerei 442 nu se deschidea complet. |

Quiet room, excellently located, friendly helpful and informed staff. Compared to the last time we dined at this hotel, the menu has been reduced dramatically. We woiuld not dine there again. |

Excellent location, beautiful building, great breakfast, very large and comfortable room, very clean, quiet room on the canal side. Staff was impatient when I asked for clarification about the final bill (but staff was in general very nice). Business center computers were slow, too expensive, and dropped the internet connection. |

The friendilness of the hotel staff was excellent. The food was excellent quality. The size and comfort of the bed, in the superior room that we booked, was fantastic! the location was great close to everything but yet felt very safe / good area. The only thing you could find fault with would be that some of the paint work needed to be touched up. Also would suggest that some milk be provided in the room with the tea and coffee. the price of the breakfast is offputting but then Amsterdam as a whole is expensive for food/drink. |

I found the Hotel to be very charming and the rooms are very nice the only thing I found was the breakfast was a bit over priced besides that I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there again. just the price of the Breakfast. |

Helpfulness of staff. Location of hotel - central for tourists with ease of transport around Amsterdam and on bus route (No 197) direct to/from Schipol ( fantastic value at 3 euros pp ). Art-deco cafe/restaurant quite a feature of hotel. |

Perfect location in the town , roomy bedroom, 24/24 hrs restaurant room service . The bathroom wasn't very clean and didn't offer a good selection of beauty products ( only soap and shower gel ) - I had to ask for extra towels every day . Receptionist gave me a couple of wrong info but, in overall, the staff was friendly and well trained . |
