завтраки в кафе american, очень красивое здание, интерьеры, декор (кроме номера, так как он был тесноват). удобное место - не шумно, и все рядом. |

Понравилось ВСЁ. Отель великолепный, расположен в двух шагах от Ляйдзепляйн, но при этом не на самой площади, поэтому шум совершенно не слышен. Номер отличный и просторный, вида из окна никакого, но мы не в окна смотреть приезжали :-) В номере чайник с чаем-кофе, гладильная доска с утюгом, всё остальное как обычно. Почему-то не обновляли полотенца. То есть грязные забирали, а чистые мы брали сами из запаса, хранящегося в шкафу в номере. Завтраки в цену номера не включаются и обходятся в 20 евро с носа - неоправданно дорого за обычный шведский стол, но сходить разок всё-таки надо, чтоб полюбоваться интерьером кафе. |

удобство расположения, высокое качество уборки в номере, отличный кофе в American cafe, доброжелательный персонал, неплохой минибар в номере отличные, но слишком мягкие кровати, отсутствие нормального кабельного / спутникого TV, одно банное полотенце на 2-х человек |

I loved everything, with a small exception for Hydro Basics bathing products line. Почти все, кроме серии для ванной и душа Hydro Basics - продукты (мыло, лосьон для тела, шампунь, гель для душа) - отвратительные, кондиционера для волос вообще нет. Всем гостям отеля я бы порекомендовала привозить с собой свои принадлежности заменить банную серию Hydro Basics, которая использеется всеми отелями сети Summit, на более качественную. Replace Hydro Basics bathing line used by all summit hotels with something of good quality. |

I liked the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, the overall design of the building, and the comfort of the rooms. Absence of hotel parking space. |

The location is perfect and we had no need to use public transport because of the hotel's location. It was very quiet and the room was perfect. |

The location of the hotel is good. It is good that you have near the hotel a cannal with a duck. The cleaning and the comfort of the room was exallent! There is not pattios all over the hotel. |

Great location. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice big, clean room. We had a room for 3 and the extra bed was off in a little alcove on its own. |

Excellent hotel, fantastic room right on the main canal and a few only footsteps away from the main square (Leidseplein/Bulldog Bar etc) where there is always something going on, couldn't fault it... Not specific to the hotel, but worth noting that when double checking address late the night before departure, very nearly got the Eden Amsterdam American Hotel mixed up the Eden Hotel Amsterdam which are two completely different hotels, although part of the same group, a fair walk apart we noticed too....therefore it might be worth Booking.com making a note of this for other people... |

Very comfortable room for 2 people with a lovely view of the canal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were shocked that the fee to use the WiFi was 22 euros/day!! That is incredibly overpriced for simple access to the internet. We were forced to sit in pot hazed "coffee" houses so that my significant other could conduct business back in the us. |

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the centre beside one of the many canals, tram stops and bus routes. The hotel had a good feel about it and rooms were very comfortable. We had a lovely view of the canal and fountains from our room's balcony. The evening of the first day we arrived we could hear building/construction work like drilling and hammering coming from either a higher floor of the hotel or maybe a location adjacent to the hotel, we weren't exactly sure. We assumed it wouldn't be a problem, however the following morning we were woken early (7.30!) to the same noise. We contacted reception and they immediately agreed to move us to a new room on the opposite side of the hotel. While another room was being prepared we received a complimentary buffet breakfast. The noise wasn't a problem in the new room. |

The location, the art deco design, the comfort of the room, the facilities and the friendliness of the staff There was a lot of building noise - all day!, not to do with the hotel but a building very close. |

The Eden Amsterdam American Hotel is ideally located for exploring Amsterdam, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. At the weekend there was a lot of late night traffic noise which made it difficult to sleep. |

Quiet room, excellently located, friendly helpful and informed staff. Compared to the last time we dined at this hotel, the menu has been reduced dramatically. We woiuld not dine there again. |

Excellent location, beautiful building, great breakfast, very large and comfortable room, very clean, quiet room on the canal side. Staff was impatient when I asked for clarification about the final bill (but staff was in general very nice). Business center computers were slow, too expensive, and dropped the internet connection. |
