The staff were excellent, particularly Duty Manager Fleur, who was a great help in solvig a number of issues with the room upon my arrival on Monday evening 29th September last No mirror in the bedroom, particu;arly important to have a mirror next to plug point for women (hairdryers/straighteners), no bulb in lamp, batteries flat in remote control, marble step on bathroom doorway potentially dangerous |

First of all the staff - outstanding. Second we know the building and love the architecture etc. Third the price - the prepaid special deal on your site was good value. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. |
