The bed was very good. The room was too small, you couldn't even open the door fully as it collided with the bed. The reception needed to contact me about my credit card and locked me out of my room. A message on my room TV would have been a more polite way of resolving this misunderstanding. Instead I was made to feel like a criminal and this soured my whole stay there. |

Very central location Room overlooked the leidseplein, which is nice, but the window is not sealed properly, so you get a lot of noise from the street, which can be not so good on a Friday night if you want to get an early night. |

i must say that through all my trips in eurpoe incl. uk, i have never experienced great service the way i did at this hotel.from the time i arrived, there was a lady called kelsey that was very helpful in getting my room at 9.00am in the morning.everyday someone smiles at you at this hotel.the breakfast was world class.i really think they are great i did have a huge complaint about my last night.the music in the club was very loud and couldnt get any sleep.am big blemish on an otherwise perfect stay |
