Apollo Hotel Utrecht City Centre accommodates 90 stylish rooms with a spacious bathroom. The comfortably decoration rooms offer standard facilities including wireless internet. The following facilities are available upon request: iron and ironing board, trousers press, wake-up service and a child’s bed.

Most rooms have a nice view over the Vredenburg square and the Dom tower.

The hotel provides smoking rooms as well as non-smoking rooms.

Apollo Hotel Utrecht City Centre is located in the centre of Utrecht. The central station and the ‘Jaarbeurs’ convention centre are on walking distance. Amsterdam and Schiphol airport can be reached within 30 minutes by train or taxi.

The coffee- and teamaking facilities in the room. The friendliness of the staff. The spacy room and the large desk in the room.

It was impossible to view the Belgian television. The hairdryer and the light at the desk did not work. I am sure that the friendly staff would have done their best to solve the latter minor problems but because I arrived in the evening and stayed just one night I did not bother to ask for a repairment or another room.

I did not like the dirty room, the filthy windows, the stained carpet, the insect ridden bed. I also objected to the very loud construction going on outside my room at before 6am in the morning.

friendly helpful staff

very ugly interior, hanging exposed cables, conduits and pipes in corridors, extremely poor lighting in bathroom, ridiculously creaky bed.

I was booked in to the hotel for 4 Nights but only stayed for 1 night as I spent the night being disturbed by a mouse attempting to eat the contents of the hot chocolate sachet in with the drinks making facilities.

service and staff were excellent, booking problem was soon sorted.

we were only boooked for one night instead of four dont know whos mistake it was, also refurbishment work was taking place in the rooms above us starting at 730 am.

Overpriced – the cost of the good location. The general level is lower than claimed 4 stars.

It's central location

The noise from the refurbishment of the hotel, starting at 7am in the morning!! Which I suppose can not be helped.

Very central

There were used condoms in the bin when we arrived!!! The shower drain didn't work properly and this caused the whole floor to get soaked. The cleaning lady came into the room without knocking when we were still in bed and did not clean the room later.
