This charming hotel is perfectly situated: in the middle of the city centre, opposite the bustling Leidseplein. With its own parking garage and tram stop in front (tram number 1, 2 or 5 from Central Station) the hotel is perfectly accessible. Also the Connexxion Shuttle bus stops at the hotel.

Situated in a historical building the hotel offers a diversity of modern rooms from cosy one- or 2 person’s rooms to more luxury superior rooms with bath and air-conditioning.
With several facilities like free Wi-Fi in the lobby and a cosy patio where you can have breakfast on sunny days, this typical Amsterdam hotel is the perfect location for the business guest as well as the leisure guest.

The hotel is situated in a typical Amsterdam’s building which has to be reached via a staircase and is not accessible by wheelchairs.

In our charming lobby you can benefit from a free Wi-Fi connection. You can also use the free internet computers, as well as our 24-hour drink and snack service.

In the breakfast restaurant you can enjoy the breakfast buffet. During the summer months we are delighted to serve your breakfast outside on the patio.

Our receptionists will be happy to assist you with reserving tickets to all kinds of attractions, such as the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and canal cruises. The reception can also arrange restaurant reservations for you.

A complimentary city map is available at the reception.

Restauració

The loungebar is a perfect place to relax at the fireplace after a busy day. Here you can enjoy drink or a pizza. You can also order a pizza and take it to your room at a later stage. The bar is opened daily untill 01:00.

Do you prefer a healthy start of a new day? Make use of our variety of warm and cold dishes at our breakfast buffet in the breakfast restaurant. During the summer months you can enjoy your breakfast at the patio! Our breakfast staff welcomes you daily between 07:00 untill 10:00.
The breakfast restaurant is not accessible for wheelchairs.

For dinner reservations you can always contact the reception. In Café Americain, situated opposite the hotel, you can have your bill charged to your room in the hotel!. Please ask the reception for more information.

In the neighbourhood you will find many cosy restaurants, terraces and cafe’s. Here you can enjoy a simple meal or a chique dinner. Our reception staff will help you with finding the perfect restaurant.

All 70 rooms have a variety of modern facilities, such as high speed internet connection and a flat-screen TV with movie-on-demand system. The comfortable beds and small but comfortable bathrooms will make your stay unforgettable.

Informació de la zona

The hotel is easily accessible by car as well as public transport. Amsterdam Central Station can be reached by several tram lines (1, 2, 5) - the tram stop is right across from the hotel. You can reach the RAI convention centre in 25 minutes and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in 35 minutes.

At set times, you can make use of the Connexxion Hotel Shuttle Bus, which conveniently stops at the entrance of the hotel.

The Eden Amsterdam Centre Hotel is located in the historical centre of Amsterdam, right next to the dazzling Leidseplein square with its many bars, restaurants, terraces, theatres and the Casino.

From Leidseplein you can also go on a canal tour or rent a bike. The world-famous Vondelpark, the Rijksmuseum (with paintings of Rembrandt) and the Van Gogh Museum are within a few minutes walking distance.

The major shopping areas such as the PC Hooftstraat and the Leidsestraat are also very near. The Anne Frank House is situated at approximately 15 minutes from the hotel.

A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.

While some drugs are legalised in The Netherlands, drugs are not permitted anywhere on the hotel’s premises. If this rule is violated, we will charge an extra EUR 150 to your account.

In accordance with the Dutch law the whole hotel is non-smoking. We kindly ask you to take this into account. If found smoking on the hotel premises, you will be fined EUR 75. There is a possibility to smoke on the patio.

The location was great, the staff was friendly, the hotel itself is very lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room was small, but not the smallest I've seen, and a good deal for the price.

There are no extras: you muct pay for tv, internet and breakfast if you would like it.

The hotel is very good positioned and safe.

The rooms were rather small but I heard almost all central hotels in Amsterdam have small rooms. Anyway, the trip was about visiting Amsterdam not about staying in the room.

perfect location, free Internet in the lobby

a room is a little bit small, soundproofing is not very good that's why one can here everything in the morning - sometimes it was too noisy. in contrast to some other hotels in Amsterdam in this one there were now teapot in the room

Good location. Easy access to the trams and good restaurants close to the hotel. Bathroom was clean.

The room was tiny. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Carpet in the room was not very clean. Parking is expensive.
