Location, access to transportation & food, relative cost compared to other hotels. 1) Noise heard outside of the room; 2) No free wireless internet in the rooms. |

The hotel is lovely, clean and tidy. Also the cafe machine (free for use) in the lobby is nice. |

Ideal location in Amsterdam; free wifi in the lobby (but also in our room which was right above the lobby); beds were comfortable. Very steep steps at the entrance, bathroom was smelly, room was very hot and much noise from outside; warm water was limited. Was ok for just 1 night |

The hotel has a very good location, close to many shopping areas, restaurants, tram and canal-bus stations. Staff was nice and helpful. Free Internet was available in the lobby. The room was missing a refrigerator that I could use to store drinks or some food. |

front desk Service was excellent and went out of their way to help. hotels location is excellent and one bus (197) takes you to airport in half a hour. and only cost 5 strips about 3 and 1/2 euro. quite yet close to everything. would stay again just a minor glitch. we had a different maid for 2 days (new I think) who did a extremely poor job of cleaning room (made bed only) the regular maid was excellent |

I liked the location, it's perfectly situated in rather quiet neighbourhood, but very close to the city center and main tourist attractions. The hotel itself is both pleasant-looking and comfortable, perfect choice for its price. |

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the location just perfect for city centre and surounding parks and museums. Not in the middle of the busy and noicy touristic areas. Safe luggage storage. Choice of transport (trams and water taxi) within 2 min walk. Would def. stay again.. |

Its right in the city itself, close to museums and the eating and entertainment places. Its also close to the tram which takes you everywhere. The bed is too soft and we really felt some pain while sleeping. But it was also perhaps due to the fact that we use harder foam/bed for sleeping on a normal basis...others may find the soft one fine |

I thought the hotel was very clean nice and comfortable and close to local amenities. There was a good choice of breakfast food. We could walk to many of the attractions but there was always frequent local transport. Brilliant hotel, loved it, definitely will book again when I'm back in Amsterdam. The only thing they need to include in the breakfast is to have hot chocolate from the machine. Lift is very tiny and stairs very steep so hard to choose an alternative. |

Great location. Close to the canals, restaurants and public transportation. Free coffee and tea all day long. I'd stay again. A bit noisy and no air conditioning, but I did not need it during my stay. |

The location was excellent and the stafff were friendly and helpful at all times. I would consider staying there again. Having two single beds beside one another instead of a double bed in what was described as a comfort double room was not so good. |

The Desk staff was informative and courteous, great with any inquiries. Steep steps to negotiate if you've been partying too hard. |
