Park Plaza Vondelpark

Velmi se mi zamlouvalo jednání zaměstnanců hotelu, naprosto profesionální. Byli ochotní pomoci v každé situaci - a nemuselo se jednat jen o informace o hotelu.

Design pokoje, ve kterém jsme pobývali, byl skvělý, pouze v něm nebylo místa nazbyt. Což se ale v NL dalo čekat ;))

Very convenient access to public transportation, Vondel Park and the museum district.

Rooms facing the street are extremely loud. Ask for a room on the backside of the building.

Stained carpet in the room

Front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good stay. They took into account that we were a six person family (two children) booked into two rooms, and gave us very comfortable triples. Great neighborhood - not near any of the attractions (unless you count Vondelpark), but it's a five minute walk away from a No. 2 tram stop which gives you access to everywhere else. The area itself seems to be principally residential, which means that it was quiet and perfect for some lazy walking around, yet some interesting cafes very close by. Great atmosphere early in the morning, as you walk to the sight of Dutch families on the way to school and work on their bicycles.

The toilet rim could have been a little cleaner - housekeeping missed a spot the day we checked in. Did not detract from the overall cleanliness and neatness of the very modern room at all, which on succeeding days was perfectly turned out.

too many steps to get to the elevator without anyone helping with the luggage.The room had a bathroom shelf that was falling off the wall and the headboard was damaged.

Hotel was in a good location to tram stop, rooms fairly decent, altho, glass bathroom walls was a bit weird!

the staff were very helpful and accomodating. this hotel is idle for people who are familiar with amsterdam and do not wish to stay in the hustle nad bustle of the city centre.

although the rooms were always clean, the chamber maids always managed to forget something...... one day the shampoo, the next the shower gel, than the coffee, than the tea. also the pillows were very uncomfortable and there was no toilet brush.

Comfortable bed and clean, good quality sheets. Situated near park in quiet area.

Room very unclean. Curtains and carpet in dire need for good clean. Dirty cups etc left in room by cleaning staff. Glass walled bathroom means no privacy when using toilet/shower.

Great location in a beautiful yet very calm neighbourhood, fast connection to the city center (15 min, tram stop in front of the hotel). Walking distance from the Vondel park and Museum square. Good over-all hotel quality, very clean, good value for money.

Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and stylish. Breakfast good. Reception area light, spacious and modern in decoration. Hotel close to tram stop allowing easy travel to central Amsterdam. Vondelpark is lovely area with beautiful park.

Room was noisy on a night from outside noise i.e. traffic & people.

the beds were great, clean room, friendly staff, all that we signed for we recieved, the rooms were large enough.

sometimes there was a nasty smell coming from the shower's drain
