Bρίσκεται σε ήσυχη και ειδυλιακή περιοχή, πολύ κοντά όμως σε τραμ που εξυπηρετεί τόσο την μετάβαση στο κέντρο όσο και στο Οlympisch Stadium που αποτελεί οικονομική λύση για parking. Το κακό είναι πως το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο αποτελείται από διαφορετικά κτίρια με διαφορετικής ποιότητας δωμάτια.Τα 2 από τα 3 δωμάτιά μας ήταν στην κυριολεξία "τρύπες" με λεκέδες στην μοκέτα και μία ενοχλητική μυρωδιά καπνού παρόλο που είχαμε ζητήσει non smoking.Eννοείται ότι φωτογραφίες αυτών των δωματίων δεν υπάρχουν στο site... |

Very convenient access to public transportation, Vondel Park and the museum district. Rooms facing the street are extremely loud. Ask for a room on the backside of the building. |

The quiet neighborhood location was very nice with very easy access to the tram. The nearby park was also a nice touch. If you are looking to stay where all the action is, this is not the place, but it is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with every request. Our room was located on the -1 floor down a very small hallway with only one other room. It was a little strange at first but very comfortable and bright. |

Front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good stay. They took into account that we were a six person family (two children) booked into two rooms, and gave us very comfortable triples. Great neighborhood - not near any of the attractions (unless you count Vondelpark), but it's a five minute walk away from a No. 2 tram stop which gives you access to everywhere else. The area itself seems to be principally residential, which means that it was quiet and perfect for some lazy walking around, yet some interesting cafes very close by. Great atmosphere early in the morning, as you walk to the sight of Dutch families on the way to school and work on their bicycles. The toilet rim could have been a little cleaner - housekeeping missed a spot the day we checked in. Did not detract from the overall cleanliness and neatness of the very modern room at all, which on succeeding days was perfectly turned out. |

too many steps to get to the elevator without anyone helping with the luggage.The room had a bathroom shelf that was falling off the wall and the headboard was damaged. |

the staff were very helpful and accomodating. this hotel is idle for people who are familiar with amsterdam and do not wish to stay in the hustle nad bustle of the city centre. although the rooms were always clean, the chamber maids always managed to forget something...... one day the shampoo, the next the shower gel, than the coffee, than the tea. also the pillows were very uncomfortable and there was no toilet brush. |

Comfortable bed and clean, good quality sheets. Situated near park in quiet area. Room very unclean. Curtains and carpet in dire need for good clean. Dirty cups etc left in room by cleaning staff. Glass walled bathroom means no privacy when using toilet/shower. |

Prettig verblijf, goed ontvangen and behulpzame hotel persooneel. Great stay and great hotel personel whom where welcoming and open for questions. Our room did not face the vondelpark, however we got a great deal for a weekend stay so did not have a problem with it. The tram number 2 stops very near the hotel but you need to know to get off at the Emma street stop tram drivers in Amsterdam not as friendly as the hotel staff. |

Great location in a beautiful yet very calm neighbourhood, fast connection to the city center (15 min, tram stop in front of the hotel). Walking distance from the Vondel park and Museum square. Good over-all hotel quality, very clean, good value for money. |

The hotel has a plumbing problem. The smell from the shower drain is sometimes overwhelming depending on wind direction. Obvious ventalation problems within the plumbing system. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and stylish. Breakfast good. Reception area light, spacious and modern in decoration. Hotel close to tram stop allowing easy travel to central Amsterdam. Vondelpark is lovely area with beautiful park. Room was noisy on a night from outside noise i.e. traffic & people. |

The peacefull beautiful window view, the nearness to vondelpark, the rich breakfast, easy way into city center, attentive staff The bar balcony, right below our window (even when the window was closed), was noisy with loud guests. From 17.00 till 01.00 it was impossible to rest. However, after speaking with the receptionist and the bartender, it seemed to be quieter on our last evening at the hotel |

Reception staff was very friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms, good location. It was next to tram station and very close to night bus line. First day there was a bad smell in the room. I think the carpet was wet from the bath. |
